I Absolutely would recommend ordering from here the cookie dough is amazing quick and fast I was also pleased to see the driver following the Covid 19 guidelines amy was very polite and I will definitely be ordering again soon 😁

All i can say is W T F cheesecake was like it just landed in the box from a parachute sweaty like it come out oven and made me wait 45 minutes after time given for delivery called them up to see where it was and twice they said its was on the way i think the diver went to kfc for her dinner or something i will not it be going back thats for sure

Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Never have I come across such bad service from any shop. We placed our order and as is normal I received updates via the just eat app regarding the status of my order . I subsequently received a telephone call from the driver as she was struggling to locate our postcode , although the house was built 8 years ago. I explained to the driver that some satnavs don’t pick up the postcode and gave her another postcode to try . She still failed to pick that up . She went on to say that she was familiar with the area , so I gave her some landmarks which I was suprised she didn’t recognise . We seemed to be going around in circles and in the end she ended the call and refused to deliver ! I was shocked at this and the way I was spoken to. I subsequently rang the wolverhampton shop who directed me to the wednesfield shop. Wolverhampton were very helpful and apologetic . However after ringing the wednesfield shop I hit a brick wall . The staff were very unhelpful and had a Dont care attitude . I was asked if I still preferred to receive my order . I advised yes as we d waited long enough . Some 45 minutes later , still no delivery . We rang the shop and they hung up! Within a few minutes , the order finally arrived . However it was spoilt . There was also no correct packaging bearing in mind we re in a pandemic . We refused delivery due to the condition . We rang the shop back for a refund . This is now 2 hours after we placed the order . We were told to contact just eat and they hung up . We rang back to complain and asked to speak to the manager . They refused and hung up again ! I rang back and asked for the managers name . Once again they refused to give it and hung up . I rang again and finally given an email address. I will never use again . Terrible shocking customer service ! Avoid !

Absolute waste of money. Waited over 45 minuets for it to come and when it did arrive my waffle was burnt and tasted awful thrown straight in the bin.

Milkshakes do not taste like milkshakes. It makes McDonald’s milk shakes taste so good. Shocking how someone can get this so wrong. The strawberry just tasted of mmm actually I don’t know. The fake syrup they used was so over powering and strong it made my eyes twinge. For £4 I could of got 4 better ones from McDonald’s.

This commercial exercise is in break of the aforementioned act. After 9 days, they haven't still bothered to issue a refund for their missed delivery dated the 3rd October 2020. On the day of the inceident, I submitted Order Number 19606651 at 06:26 PM. After 43 minutes, the driver messaged me to told me he was downstairs, I replied immediately and was at the entrance in less than 1 minute. Nobody was down there. I then received another message 3 minutes after the first message, saying he had taken his other deliveries and he would be with me in 15. I was there 5 minutes before the alleged time of arrival. Exactly 1 minute before the scheduler arrival time, after 4 minutes I had been waiting for the second time, I got a message from the driver saying he was outside. Guess what? He wasn't and he never arrived. I replied to him telling him I didn't see him. The driver would send me no further messages or even try to call me. After waiting some more minutes, at 08:08 PM I called the shop. I told them about the problem and was accused of not answering the phone, when all evidence was the opposite. He got in touch with the driver and said he would've been with me within 15-20 minutes. I waited for the driver but they never came. I called again the shop at 09:30 PM. They said that, if I waited 15-20 minutes, they'll make sure the driver would come. I waited 40 minutes but nobody ever came. I filed a complaint the same day. Two days after I filed another one. Nobody replied to the complaints, no delivery and no refunds came. Now it's been 9 days and I decided to escalate this by informing Trading Standards, detaling my experience through reviews and legally pursuing this through the Small Claims Court. Let this be a warning for companies to respect consumer rights and for customer to know they have rights and they are entitled to take a stand.

After visiting a Birmingham City Centre on Monday and eating a main course there, we decided to support our local area and have our dessert in Mere Green where we live. We decided to eat outside due to the lovely weather and asked one of the servers if the couple that were sat chatting at an empty table were waiting for their dessert or finishing. The server established that they were leaving and allowed us to sit at the table they were on. The table was not cleaned after they left but i didn't bother to make a big deal about it. We ordered our food inside and sat and waited for it to arrive. It then came out with 2 other servers, one carrying the food, the other the cutlery. The cutlery was placed directly on the table so I asked if I could have some fresh cutlery as I didn't want to eat with cutlery placed directly on an uncleaned table. One of the servers, I was told her name was Shelly, asked me to repeat myself and I did. She then gave me a look as if to say, what's the problem, so I questioned her behaviour and she replied that she couldn't see why i needed new cutlery as she cleaned the table herself. I told her I've only got her word for it and that I'd still like new cutlery. She kept on repeating the table was clean, i begged to differ and didn't even bother to educate her that it was not cleaned prior to us taking the table over form the previous diners. This carried on inside the premises, others customers now spectating at th commotion. Shelley was determined to have the last word that she cleaned the table. Out of the blue ‘Shelley” said the tables are clean, she works in the medical profession and knows what clean is. The original server then intervened, gave me my cutlery and i asked for the managers/owners details as i was going to complain about the disgusting treatment I was subjected to. Shelley butted in and said she didn’t care, do it. Wrote to Head Office via email and no ackowledgment or reply. Will not be recommending or revisiting, ever.

The management is unbelievably unprofessional, have never known a company to be so corrupt, the pay is appalling and the expectations are above anyone’s pay grade, Food is of a good standard but the staff are treated so poorly it’s sad to see. Would be a great place if the management was replaced

I ordered a dessert from here and it was literally disgusting because it arrived late and was stone cold. Before I could even cancel the order. I waited 2 hours and the waffle wasn’t even warm. Will not be ordering again

I was bought an afternoon tea for Christmas so I took my daughter with me today to the Wolverhampton branch, we had booked in advance, greeted on entering and asked to go to a table, we were given a menu to look through but had to ask one of the staff what the procedure was as it was afternoon tea. They explained we had to decide which savoury waffle we would like & if we wanted a cheesecake or doughnut. We made our choices, chicken bacon & egg waffle & cheesecake. It wasn’t too busy in shop (4 tables)but waited about 20 mins before it arrived, plates followed a couple of minutes later , we had to just sit there looking at it. After eating the waffle I had to go to counter to ask for clean plate for my pancake & fruit, I wiped my knife as no extra cutlery was offered. I had to go up again to ask for jam for my croissant, we questioned why we had been given a doughnut when we had asked for a cheesecake & was told they could only give us what they had ( there was cheesecake in display counter). Finally went back to counter to request second cup of tea, the staff were very polite at all times but I believe they could have been more attentive. There was only one other table occupied as we left so they were not busy at all, I have been to this shop before when it first opened & we had to queue for nearly an hour to get a seat but after this visit I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

Third time visit to this Altrincham shop and each time extremely poor. On Wednesday There was only one member of staff serving and making meals. We waited 30 minutes before she could take our order and a further 40 minutes for the order to arrive as she was still serving other tables and cooking and preparing hot food. There were three of us and each ordered croissants with salmon and egg. I was shocked to find that each of us had barely any salmon on the croissant so I picked up the menu from the counter. The brochure picture clearly shows salmon in the croissant but we only had four 10p sizes of salmon on them and a bullet for an egg. When I pointed this out to the waitress her reply was ‘the pictures are old pictures and she is only allowed to put a few flakes on ’. I told her that this brochure was misleading and she said I can give you a little more if you want. I said no but would be writing a review. If you have time to wait are not hungry then this is the place to go. It is a shame as everyone I know talked about it when it first opened but now it seems it will be another empty shop as the way it is run I cannot see it lasting!!

Very poor service .no offer of second drink.Had to ask for clean plates to eat sweet. Only one waitress waffle cold. Delivered to table on some kind of wooden nasty looking shelf. no service to much using phone talking to someone. Will not be visiting again. SO MUCH FOR AFTERNOON TEA.

Went to the Hanley Stoke on Trent branch for afternoon tea for two which was purchased as a gift by my sister-in-law. Did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised, food was tasty and the staff were helpful and friendly. Acid test for me when I go anywhere is would I go back and would I recommend; based on my experience this week, it would be a resounding yes to both.

Well if they are busy mopping up a leak then don't expect to even be acknowledged whilst waiting by the please wait to be seated area. Very non customer service orientated , surely if you are mopping up a leak , a simple turn of the head , a smile and "I will be with you in a minute"would suffice but not here so I had to say after a couple of minutes " hello , we are here" just to get the lady to turn her head Even though 10 seconds earlier the same lady mopping smiled at another family and greeted them and the started mopping ,We felt very discriminated against and after I said hello we are here we felt the bad attitude from them and after complaining still it was the excuse of "oh , we have a leak " rather than oh sorry . It's simple really to give good customer service but on our visit , we never saw any. Will not ever come here again .

During our visit today, we ordered our food. We then waited at 30 minutes until our food started to be prepared. The employees on shift wore no gloves while preparing the food touching one dessert after another. Neither did any of them wash their hands or tie their hair back. There was an employee that was off duty in the shop who was swearing and using sexual conatations clearly intoxicated all while in a 'family environment'. All the food was delivered at separate times over a 30 minute period. With the milkshake coming first and the ice cream sundae coming last even though we would have liked to have eaten together. When the food came the waffle was not cooked properly and we were not the only ones in the shop to say the same. We returned the food along with others and the waffles that were ordered online were also cancelled as queried 'the waffle machine was broken'. The staff offered no apologie, refund or alterative until approached later on. Sadly this is the last time I will be visiting due to poor service, an unsuitable family environment and badly prepared food.
