“We found your business during the first lockdown and your prices were very fair compared to others selling the same products. However out of stock each time we tried to buy. So pleased we kept trying and our products were ordered easily and arrived in good time despite the lockdown restrictions. So pleased we found your business and hope you can keep going through this awful pandemic.”

“Easy to find the items I wanted on the website and good communication throughout. Minus one start as when I checked out my basket everything was in stock but when the order was packed some of the items were unavailable. A refund was speedily processed and communicated efficiently.”

“The item of garden netting was fantastic,works a treat,but l did spend extra on P&P £6 for next day delivery then l didn't receive the item until a week later.I understand it is a busy time of year for courier drivers and Covid,but maybe delivery should only be stated as standard and not advertise next day delivery for an extra payment when it is unable to be fulfilled.”
