“Don't think we had any problems with Little Fields Farm - but Royal Mail seriously let you down. No delivery on the Thursday as agreed but an email arrived to say they had tried to deliver parcel but no one was in. Definitely not true - both my husband and I were in all day waiting for them. No one came near us and they did not post their card through our letter box as they said they did in their email! We had to re arrange their delivery to the following Monday. Most annoying - Hermes much better. Thank you for your delivery of the orchid fertiliser. Helena Thomas”

“I made an oversight mistake of not reading the options on delivery and assumed the goods would be with me within 4 days. I needed them for a bigger job involving other goods. Anyhow the support was brilliant and explained the delivery options but they agreed to try and speed up mine this time and they did. The products arrived and all good quality so I can crack in with the large fencing job at hand . It’s nice to support the smaller businesses but give yourself more tune for delivery if you use them so they can compete .”

“I have ordered from Little Fields Farm several times and have been pleased with the quality of goods and the service. There was a slight delay in receiving my order this time but it was due to supply issues and out of their control. Little Fields kept me updated and offered Next Day delivery once the goods arrived. Will definitely use them again and would recommend.”
