“The items are good quality and were well packaged. I chose standard delivery and this took 11 days so I would choose a different delivery option if I needed something more quickly.”

“Products were easy to order and competitive prices. When I chased delivery I was informed boots were out of stock but were on order and I could cancel that part of order and they would deliver the rest. I agreed to wait although they advised it could be another 5-7 days before delivery. Just 4 days later I received my order and an apology for the delay. It was explained that due to Covid they were experiencing staffing problems. The company are not the only ones having staff problems so I consider this was unfortunate and not their normal service so am prepared to use them again if necessary.”
