“I was not impressed by the service at all. I ordered some items and these failed to turn up. I had to contact the company to get these sent and all they said was my order was cancelled I didn't even get an apology. Item did eventually turn up but only because I emailed in. I tried to call a couple of times and no one was answering the phone”
