“Only thing to do better is to give an estimate of how long before delivery. ie thank you for your order approx dispatch 3 weeks time.”

“They only let me know that the item was damaged after me emailing them to ask where my order was they offered me another colour which l said yes too. I was shocked when my item arrived in the post with only plastic around it. I think it should of been in a box to stop damage in transport.”

“I bought a replacement handle for my Wolf Tools garden implements - you can use 1 handle for several different tool heads - cultivator, rake, hoe, hay rake etc. I'd had my old set for 25 years or so, so I wasn't surprised when my old wooden handle finally gave up the ghost and rotted away! Little Fields Farm offered just what I required at a better price including postage and packaging than anyone else I could find. I waited about 10 days and the tool was delivered safely, sensibly bubble wrapped [yes, plastic I fear] but otherwise OK”

“You can buy cheaper from other places but the service I received was brilliant. Order arrived on time. There wasn’t a lot of waste from packaging. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Whilst there was a delay in delivering my I order, I fully understand that the goods were delayed from the original manufacturer to Little Fields Farms (LLF). LFF were excellent at persisting with the order process and eventually delivery was completed. I can only comment LLF for their efforts and I will have no hesitation in placing future orders if and when required.”

“I ordered the shampoo and then read Little Fields Farm reviews, so I was a bit concerned whether I would get the products as some people were saying they did not correspond with them, so I decided just to wait. Little FF did EXACTLY what they said they would, sent no communications until the order was dispatched. This was over the bank holiday weekend, so it took a few more days until delivery, but came very well packaged and with the delivery comp. as state.”
