“Very disappointed that the fruit cage netting sent in no way resembled the sizes ordered, and from their 'no reply' response as to replacement delays. I do not think this is a way to run a business. Better to state at the outset that new orders will suffer a two week or so delay, if that will help speed up settling orders that have not been fulfilled correctly. BJB Wells”

“Fantastic prices, really good. Good service. My only issue was that it took a long time to receive the goods from the placement of order. When chased, the online chat service told me one of the parts was damaged and would be sent out that day. Just a little improvement in communication and this is about as good a company as you could wish to deal with.”
