“Good servive, long delivery schedule. Good and seemingly effective product (Nippon moth spray) but the spray nozzle is very temperamental and it is impossible to use entire content.”

“The item was in stock at a good price. However my house name was omitted from the delivery details so I had to phone to get it added. Parcelforce then left a card although I was in all day awaiting delivery so I had to collect the very large item from local post office!”

“I have only bought one item so I can't make much of a judgement. However, Royal mail did not do at all well at delivering the item. They sent it to Romsey despite the very clear post code.”

“The dogs coat arrived only a few days after I ordered it. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and have had to send it back. Little Fields Farm have agreed to replace and am waiting for the new on to arrive”

“Products good, packaging not so good. I'm lucky I didn't lose some smaller items out a hole in the bottom of the cling film! Postal time was slow but I guess it's cheaper royal mail not expensive courier delivery!!! Overall, I'm quite happy with my experience. Thank you”

“Product arrived as ordered in good condition. Prompt response to dispatch. Only problem down to parcel force. It arrived at our local hub at 7.05 am Friday and could have been delivered same day but instead sat at the depot till Monday . Not to be recommended and I will certainly look at other options in future. I know that other online parcels arrive much quicker than this and with more pleasant drivers. Shame for little fields as I would haven given 5* if not for this. Will only buy again if more choice of couriers. Sorry.”
