“How had I never heard of this company before? Good range of products at incredibly good value for money. They were the cheapest by far for what i needed and delivery was exactly as they had said - too often you are offered great prices but then are stung by high shipping costs or delay. Not in this case had the goods within 4 days and was very happy”

“Very good, easy to order from, best price I could find. Only negative would be slow postage, but part of that problem was DHL, so would definitely purchase from again. Purchased the Henry Wag XL raised dog bed. It is Absolutely brilliant ! Our labrador is very big and there is loads of room for her, she loves it.”

“First time purchasing from your online shop. Prices are very competitive with a good selection of items. Fairly good communication. I am not impressed with the time it is taking to receive my items, especially since I ordered them nearly 2 weeks ago. I understand an item wasn't in stock/damaged but it still took a long time for the order to be processed, picked and sent with a very slow courier. I now have to wait at home all day for the package to arrive on my day off (Sunday) because I don't have the option to have it redelivered, posted to a neighbour's, picked up a depot, etc. This was not the expedient postage that was advertised. If I had paid for shipping I would have been really miffed.”
