I am sorry that we did not get your order to you on time. I have now refunded your delivery charge. We each wear many hats at this business and sometimes we are out on the farm doing jobs so don't always have the best phone signal but I do know that your call has since been returned. I can see that you have purchased from us numerus times so I do hope this one off mistake doesn't prevent you from returning to our company in the future.

“I recently bought a Timothy Hay Taster box. It arrived next day as stated. My buns love it and have been trying out all the varieties. Of course they went to the most expensive (Canadian) hay first! I was also impressed with the snacks and palm leaf plates that I purchased as well, as are my buns.”

“What I’ve opened so far is good and delivery was quick. The only thing is I ordered 2 x 10kg boxes but each box has a different type of hay. The boxes weren’t marked to say which is which so now I don’t know which to order again!”

“The Canadian Timothy hay was excellent but the other soft silky hay wasn’t great it was all brown an crunchy , my piggies won’t eat that at all”
