“I’m genuinely gutted as my rabbits love this hay. The hay is great although the company struggle to effectively extract the hay of dust and bugs. I’ve noticed a decline in the quality over the past 6 months to the point that one of my rabbits sneezes often due to the amount of dust, however I continued to purchase as my buns seemed to eat more of this hay compared to other brands. I recently received a box infested with bugs, which meant I had to deep clean my house and throw out an entire box of 10kg hay. When I emailed the company, I requested a refund or replacement and all I received was a ‘thanks for letting us know’ and then the team have ignored my emails since. After spending over £800 with Little Hay Co, I’m disgusted with their lack of customer service and will be sourcing my hay elsewhere.”

I am sorry that we did not get your order to you on time. I have now refunded your delivery charge. We each wear many hats at this business and sometimes we are out on the farm doing jobs so don't always have the best phone signal but I do know that your call has since been returned. I can see that you have purchased from us numerus times so I do hope this one off mistake doesn't prevent you from returning to our company in the future.

“Fast delivery but the hay was horrible. Not a single peice of green in it - more like straw. Unsurprisingly, my rabbit has not touched it. A total waste of money.”

“So sorry to say our rabbits loved the Sweet Cotswold Hay but won't touch the Timothy or Meadow Hay and we have had to go to a local supplier.”

Hi Carole, Sorry to hear your rabbits aren't a fan of our other hay varieties. Any changes to the diet should be made gradually over a period of 7 to 14 days, the slower the better for those with sensitive digestive systems or fussy feeders. Whilst Cotswold Sweet is unavailable in larger quantities we do still have 1 and 2 kg boxes, which I could send out to you FOC to mix with the other hay types to help make the change over. “Poor to say the least! I have had my rabbit at the vets twice since trying my rabbit out with this hay 2 weeks ago. I we we’r trying to figure out how or why he kept getting poorly not thinking to check for dust in the hay but had to because this was the only change to he’s clean living area. I was already not going to purchase again as he wouldn’t eat it just toss it around. once I took this vidoe it’s clearly obvious the amount of dust coming from the hay. Which has put my rabbit at serious harm! I do hope no one eles rabbit suffer’s from the way I have had to see him because of this nasty amount of dust Fresh hay? Most of the box is dead brown hay.”
