“This hay is lovely! It smells lush and looks to be a very good quality hay! The stems are nice in length (longer) which we prefer and there wasn’t much waste at the bottom of the box at all! My bunny went straight into eating this hay and he seems to like this one the best out of all the different brands we have tried. We got the 10kg box and I personally think it is amazing for the money that you pay! I will be returning and buying this again. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the box did come damaged. However, it’s understandable that this is a very difficult issue as what happens in transit unfortunately can’t really be controlled. Overall, I am happy with my order and I will be continuing to use this brand as I do believe it is up there with the best on the market. ☺️💗”

“Good reliable delivery, no issues with subscription. Hay sometimes is less green in deliveries over winter but bunnies don't seem to mind!”

“Good to have the tester box for the different hays as our bunny didn't like the Timothy hay but preferred the Cotsworld sweet hay of which she eats around 3/4 (the green bits). Unfortunately there is no choice of postage options, I don't need next day delivery and would much rather pay less and have a longer delivery time.”

“Hi The hay is amazing but I ordered the hay co chew cookies and they were rock hard this time . I had to break them with a hammer. I didn't want my bunny to have broken teeth so I had to bin them. I had bought 2 packets too. Hopefully I can get a refund or exchange . But they gay is great LesleyAnn Smith”

“The quality of hay is grate, but unfortunately not for my bunnies, hay is too hard for them, personally i think is even to hard for bedding, such a shame, as the one from the shops can be very dusty, I was hoping they will love it. Forage box on the other hand ,they loving it!”

“The quality of hay is excellent and comes in range of pack sizes. The larger packs are good value for money. There's a choice of eco cardoard boxes, or plastic wrapped bales. I've opted for plastic as the delivery drivers never ring my doorbell, but just leave the delivery outside the door. They also sell a range of treats, toys and bedding.”

“My rabbits are loving the orchard sweet hay, however I had ordered a bale of the Timothy to come with it and it came in a box which I wasn’t happy about as trying to store the boxes is not easy.”

“What I’ve opened so far is good and delivery was quick. The only thing is I ordered 2 x 10kg boxes but each box has a different type of hay. The boxes weren’t marked to say which is which so now I don’t know which to order again!”
