Quick delivery and very good hay our bunnies love this hay. Only thing is when it arrived the box was very wet and soggy

First time ordering. Piggies are enjoying the Timothy and Silky soft hay but are less keen on the Rye Grass. All of the hay smells fresh, dust free-great quality and value.

My bunnies love the hay but the size and dimensions of the box are tricky for me as it didn’t fit in through our porch door when DPD delivered it, so they left it on our driveway, in the rain…. I have received boxes from other bay companies and their boxes are thinner but taller which works better for me. I have a 5 litre ikea plastic box that I keep my hay in but for some reason this box load won’t all fit into it, maybe it’s not as compacted as the other hay company that I have used before. Annoyingly I am having to use the quarter unused box of hay as a coffee table in our living room as I just can’t fit anymore into the ilea box which sits under their hutch outside. The bunnies do love your hay tho!!

Hi Heather You should find the compressed bales might work better for you. Lots of our customers who buy the bales use the ikea bins for storage. Our boxes are bigger as we hand pack each one - no machine included! So we don't have anything to compact the hay which is why the strands stay so lovely and long. Thanks Maisie

All hay purchased very good quality. No reply to emails. Difficult to order at times due to surplus for regulars only.

My bunnies absolutely loved the Cotswold sweet hay and when I heard it wasn’t going to be available anymore I was disappointed as I’ve tried for ages to get a good quality hay . I’ve since bought the soft hay but they aren’t overly keen on that one . It’s always fast delivery which is good

Good quality & size dandelion root, packaged in environmentally friendly way. Nice treats also but a little expensive for regular orders.

I would give 5 stars for the hay but not to the subscription. Currently the maximum frequency you can’t subscribe to is 4 weeks, but if you order big quantities 4 weeks is too short… if this doesn’t change I’ll have to shop with another company as all others offer more than 4 weeks.

Hi Alberto We can only show so many options on the website, however if you wanted to drop us an email, we can amend the frequency for you from our end. We do this with many of our customers so please don't feel you need to find another hay provider, we can work with you to get a schedule that works for you. Kind regards Maisie

Normally very good..not had a problem. Last two boxes are not good.. Canadian Timothy hay too stalky. Guinea pigs will not eat it..Last box silky hay is not a good quality hay

Hay enjoyed by older guinea pigs. Was a bit on the dry side though.

The delivery is very fast. The hay is clean and neatly packaged. The bunnies loved some boxes and were less keen on others, so there is a degree of variability in the hay quality, I imagine it has to do with the seasons.

Can't fault the hay and quick delivery. However I think we'll stick with the hay only for next time, all the treats we've tried so far are not suitable for guinea pigs.

Delivery good, Cotswold meadow hay pretty consistent, nice and green and smelling good. One small problem was the label on box was very small and writing was difficult to read. Although I had requested a safe place which I always put ( leave behind wooden side gate) the driver delivered it next door to a neighbour. Unfortunately I do not get on with them so it proved a little difficult!

Boys love the hay but very expensive & with 3 big buns to feed, one bag goes in no time so will be an occasional treat.
