“I have been a Customer for a few years now and very happy with Little Hay for the following reasons. I only purchase Hay and occasional small treat for Harry my Rabbit. This is Timothy, Cotswold and recently Barley Straw - yes he's spoilt!! The quality of each is very high and dust free (I have dust allergy). There was a problem last year with supplies due to weather and machinery but was kept fully informed re this and alternative hay that was available. Also had an issue recently with order not arriving but once again this was put right. Customer Service is amazing, Thanks to Maisie and others. Well done Little Hay Co”

“I have a very fussy rabbit who will only eat green long stem hay. I found this on little hay company and bought a taster box for him and one for my guinea pigs of the cotswolds sweet box. Fussy rabbit wouldn't eat it but I've found recently he's leaving his hay. My guinea pigs loved it. I will be buying more tasters for them to try. I found ordering easy and delivery quick. I was impressed with the whole shopping experience and would certainly recommend giving them a try”

“We have the silky soft hay for our Degu’s. They absolutely love it. We are getting through it super fast with over 100 degus currently. Even the fussy ones love it which is great. They can’t wait for it to go in the cage. They have to jump out to get to it as quickly as possible.”

“Good quality hay that the rabbits love (they are eating us out of house and home!) The Little Hay Company is easy to do businss with and delivery is superb (via DHL so arrives exactly when promised) Fianlly, the Little Hay Company keeps you informed with chatty email newsletters that are informative and not intrusive marketing.”

“Bought my bunny at 8 weeks and she wasn’t really eating the pets at home Timothy hay. I did some research online and came across Little Hay Co. I ordered 4 samples and she instantly went to silky soft. She loved it so much she was eating it through the corners of the box before I opened it ! She is now constantly munching on her hay throughout the day. Thank you so much ! I also posted a tik tok video of her trying it 🥰”

“Everything about The Little Hay Co is excellent. I started purchasing the Timothy Hay as one of my rabbits has a dust allergy and the other hay I was getting from the local animal feed store was clearly aggrevating her symptoms. When my first delivery showed up within 48 hours of ordering with Little Hay Co, I was amazed at the high quality of the hay. Extra points too that it arrives in a fully compostable box and no plastic packaging (unlike my hay from the local feed store). Vera was eating this so enthusiastically that it felt cruel to not switch all my rabbits to this hay now. I will never feed them anything else- all 14 bunnies are in tip top health a Little Hay co has proven oven and over that they have the most seamless customer service. The ordering system is effortless, the deliveries are always punctual and it is an all round good feeling to be ordering from this company. Sorry for such a long review but in an age where it feels like being ripped off and bad service is just excepted, it is refreshing to have a service which is 5 star, great value product and excellent quality.”
