“Great quality hay. Really fresh you can smell it. My guinea pigs love the Timothy hay. I got them Alfalfa hay too because they're young. They're still getting used to it. I made some into cookies with Timothy hay too so they get used to it.”

Good Morning We are so sorry you have had a poor experience, it definitely isn't feedback we are used to hearing. We would love to get this resolved, if we have offered to send a new box of hay we definitely would be doing this so please reach out to us so we can get this sorted. There might be a box stuck in the courier network or we might have just missed it during a busy period. While we wish we had massive profits, running a farm isn't the luxury that you might think it is and we are always trying to diversify to make it a profitable business. Our pricing is in line with our competitiors and we offer further discounts through sales, rep codes, referrals and free shipping options. “Hay is always fresh and green long pieces that my bunny loves. Hardly any dust in the box which is great as other company I have used in the past I have got half a box of dust. Will never use another company again”

“I emailed to ask for advice about which hay to choose for my rabbit who has a hay allergy, and they got back to me really quickly with very helpful suggestions. I was able to order a sample of both the oat and Cotswold sweet hays and have been able to test them with my rabbit without having to buy a whole bag which I loved!”

“Both my buns love the Timothy and Cotswold Sweet hays. They are so fresh and of such good quality. The forages mixes are excellent value for money. I buy the Ultimate Leaf box and The Healthy Herbal mix. Top quality ingredients used! The 1kg box of Dandelion root again is great value for money and my buns go mad for it.”

“My bunnies love the hay and forrage boxes. I was struggling with getting them to eat the local hay but they devour the Little Hay Co hay and stay nice and healthy with good teeth. Highly recommend1”

“Fantastic products. We have tried most of the hays now for my 7 piggies. They love all of them. And with them being available in the 1kg boxes I buy 4 boxes of different types so they always have a bit of variety. Very little mess compared to other companies I have purchased from and more value for money. Have started getting some of the snacks too, they live them.”
