“So happy I found this site as my buns are quite fussy eaters but they love the Cotswold sweet hay. It's dust free and long strands which is good for their teeth. They both spend a lot of time in their hay bin! Just received my second order and will continue to order from this company. Delivery is very quick too. Thank you!”

“Excellent products, excellent service, speedy delivery... but I’m going to say more. This was not our first purchase (and we now subscribe monthly). Our baby girls adore this hay over all others!! And they’re quite impartial to the hay toppers and treats too! {Who’d have guessed that?!} On this order though, we had an issue, and, I’m not sure I’ve ever received such excellent customer service, ever before. I emailed them, and within 9 MINUTES(!!), I received a response! Now, I don’t know if that’s normal or if I caught them on a quiet day.. but wow. Thank you. That one response solved my issue and with it came sincere apologies too. Excellent service and so long as you keep growing yumminess, I think we’ve got a supplier for life.”

“I love the hay I get from these guys! It's very local to me and is always fresh. My piggies love it! They get through the Timothy Hay from here much faster than hay I used to get from other places cos of how tasty it is and how much they love it. Quick delivery too. Absolutely can't fault it. Much cheaper than hay from pet shops and you don't know where that hay comes from. Never buy my hay from anywhere else now. Thank you so very much! XD”
