Ordered a washing machine 16 days ago, its now 3 days overdue, and they tell me I won't have it for another 6 days, the snot that answered my complaint was, well a bit snotty, and not at all helpful.

RAC cover through account. Had accident cover. Rang them when needed help, told that I was not covered and that I would have to pay for call out if not goodbye! Beware! Tried to call customer service when I received my renewal as it said that I would receive renewal docs from RAC if renewed. Rubbish, RAC no longer issue renewal membership confirmation and cards.They say it helps the environment! You can get them if you ask RAC, but expect to be passed from pillar to post to get to the right department. Even then they treat DIRECT customers as priority and treat Little woods customers as low priority. Try ringing Little woods to tell them that their renewal letter is misleading, foreign overseas customer service, who hang up on you when they can't put you through to right department. Hopeless!

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, ordered a dress on 10/11/17 for next day delivery, it’s now 21/11/17 still not received dress. When I phone customer services, they’re unable to help and just disconnect the call. Just want my £99 back and will never ever order from them again

Terrible terrible company dont bother! Ordered 3 items to be told 1 was out of stock so that i can either cancel the item or wait for it to be back in stock. Tracking showed it was delivered to the warehouse and to be delivered that day. I phoned to ask what time roughly to be told its all out od stock. I then phoned back because it said the 2 items were loaded onto the van and they said because 1 item was cancelled all items were cancelled by mistake. Then i phoned back to try and have it delivered to be told the 2 items were being delivered today or tomorrow and the previous lady made a mistake. Phoned next day to be told all items were cancelled and it will take 10 to 14 days before i can re order. What an absolute joke!!!!! I got rid of all my bedroom furniture to now have nothing. Terrible poor poor customer services with people who don't have a CLUE with whats going on. Stay well clear unless you want to be let down!!!! Id rather have no items than re order!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalled at the service received this evening by your "customer service" team but I will like to start with the automated service to put me through to the correct department of which asks you whether you have your account number to hand of which when you answer 'no' this information isn't picked up by the handler at the other end, who still needs to ask you the same question to locate your details, back to staff members: I have been hung up on twice, and I have also called through to find that the handler did not have their headset on leaving me with no answer for at least 2 minutes before I felt the need to hang up. Your staff member in the 'customer care' team broke the Data Protection Act twice throughout talking to her this evening, I was advised to log my complaint online, rather than on the phone as this was a better procedure, however your website does not reflect this. I would recommend if this is the case this is also added to your website to reflect the poor service your call centre(s) provide. I have requested to speak to a manager twice this evening alone - however I was advised they were in a meeting, however no staff member could confirm how long this meeting would take, or if a manager could call me back at all. I suggest your call centres are aware of their managers location and schedule throughout the day. I requested confirmation of your complaints procedure to which no call handler could advise me of apart from the investigation team would look into this. I have called approximately 10 times since Wednesday being passed from handler to handler with no resolution put in place, not only this; I have also ordered a digital download which was expected on Wednesday the 13th of September of which I have never received, I have requested a refund 6 times with no joy. If you do not respond and resolve my complaint within 7 weeks I will be approaching the Financial Ombudsman without hesitation. I understand you have 8 weeks to resolve your complaints, however I expressed dissatisfaction on the date of the 13th I therefore suggest you escalate my complaint to the investigation team immediately as per your complaints procedure of which your staff members can find on your website. Thank you.

Unfortunately I had to select ONE star as I couldn't select none! We recently purchased a TV unit and cupboard + 3 drawer unit. Both are absolutely rubbish!! The TV unit won't take a tv as it just bends out of shape. similarly the cupboard including 3 centre drawers is just rubbish beyond belief - put anything in it and the whole cupboard distorts - we can't even open the cupboard drawers!! Total utter rubbish.

I used to love Kays but since it was changed to Littlewoods I cannot find a single item of clothing that I like they are all horrible and dreadfully overpriced. The quality and style is just awful. Such a shame as I used to buy nearly all my clothes from Kays.

Extremely rude customer service staff who speak over you do not listen and pass you to someone else so you have to explain everything over and over again I've had no resolution to then loosing my payment as their system wasn't working (confirmed to me by the missing payment department) so now I'm left to pay the £238 interest even though as far as I was aware I'd made my payment and had an email saying so but that's not good enough proof for them it's up to me to do their job for them!!! Disgusting!!!

Waiting for a cheque that they owe me for over 3 months now first time it was 7 days then 14 then yesterday 21 days for the cheque to arrive and 3 diff days it has been sent !!!!! , every Time I ring up I get told different things and get stated at a script over and over it's like talking to robots , they have no idea what they are talking about , gone though every complaint procedure nothing is resolved , littlewoods use to be so great but it has definitely gone right down hill

The majority of customer service advisers are incompetent and rude. It has taken over 3 months of constant phone calls (Each time having to start from scratch due to no records being kept on our case, at least over 30 calls in total) to organize a collection and replacement of a chair. We called and arranged for a chair to be collected and replaced due to a defect. This was delivered the week after, with the delivery drivers saying they were not to collect the original chair and another company would be doing this. A couple of days later nothing happened and we couldn't arrange a collection for around 3 months. Littlewoods also added the second chair to my mother's account so she was now paying for both chairs. This was 3 months of paying for two chairs as we couldn't arrange a collection for the first defected chair (She was meant to be spreading the cost over 12 months, not 3!!!) I also tried contacting them on their online web mail service. After about 3 days (takes 24 hours for a reply) someone from the service team said a "specialist agent" would contact me back. They must have been busy saving the world as they never got back to me. RIP 00Poo Eventually, I complained enough on the phone, I got through to someone who was able to arrange a collection for this 1st chair. If I hadn't dealt with this for my mother she would have been ripped off numerous times and would probably still be paying for a chair she didn't have. A month after this collection, they still hadn't re-credited my mother's account and was still going to charge her for this second chair. It took another 40min phone call to establish the correct remaining balance for her (They thought we still owed the majority amount for the chair) and could also not find details of its collection. Talk about stressful. Everything that could have gone wrong did, but at least it's finally sorted now and I can forget their customer service telephone number that has been burned into my head.

Littlewoods used to be so good when I first bought from them over 30 years ago and the customer services were really friendly and helpful. Sadly the service has gone downhill recently. Products frequently cost more than the retail prices. Interest is exorbitant if you pay off over a longer period. When I paid off early a 'Buy now pay later' item I was charged the full wack of interest. When I rang to query an interest payment I asked about it politely but the person on the other end of the phone was really rude. It has put me off shopping with them again

Good service? What service if I can't get in touch with littlewoods ... Can't wait to clear my balance and close my account... had to make complain about littlewoods adding PPI to my account without permission, just glad I was successful in getting all my money back!!!

**** Customer service at this place second to none. ???????? don't be silly. Wouldn't buy a dishcloth from here now. Would be faulty and take them over a month to collect. They'd miss 3 pickup days where nobody would show. Staff don't know what they are supposed to do other than talk over you. Then have no answer when you can get a word In. And apparently can't transfer you to a manager or supervisor. Actually even just a complaints department is impossible and doesn't exist. You have to find an email of a website dedicated to the high standard of customer service littlewoods clearly have (another witty joke) dog rough it is ???? anyway unless you want broken furniture sat in your house for a month and no sign of collection go for it. Otherwise prepare yourself for the rollercoaster that is littlewoods peace out Facebook!. #littlewoods #complaints #useless Littlewoods

Use Littlewoods and their courier service ArrowXL You will not be disappointed if you want the following: 1) Damaged goods delivered not once but twice. 2) A customer services department that offers no service to its customers. 3) A courier service that supplies a date at a non-convenient time slot ever time and on a other occasion inform you your goods will not be delivered the day before because its out of stock 4) A courier that delivers a damaged item but refuse to collect the previous damaged item. 5) Never get a straight answer to a question. 6) Do not keep their promises to contact you back. 7) Frustration, having to contact them as they never return any calls. Say one thing then denies it. However, if you expect a decent service then you REALLY need to shop elsewhere. We went to Currys picked the item, its was nearly £170 cheaper, delivered at a time that suited us. Their delivery service unpacked the item checked it, took the rubbish away………………delivery free. Littlewoods soon to be rebranded Littleuse!

Ordered a suite for my daughter in May. Was supposed to be here in June 22nd. Did not appear. Spent £30 chasing it up on phone. Then when checked account it said unable to deliver. But yet we'd been in. Then reordered it again on 24th June. Was supposed to come on Friday 21st July. Still waiting. Spent more money chasing this up. When asked for them to verify Exactly where it was customer services was rude. Had phone put down on me twice. Still no suite.

My partner bought me a beautiful engagement ring from Littlewoods which I have had for under 1 year. Despite no knocks, one of the diamonds is already missing which I am gutted about. Other diamonds look likely to become loose as the clasps holding them in have sheared off. Contacted their customer service and they offered to replace asking us to return the ring. Fortunately however, my partner had the insight to check the ring was still in stock, which it wasn't and as it transpired wasn't being sold anymore. Thank God we didn't send my ring back. Called customer service again who told me that despite their being only 7 weeks to our wedding and having had my wedding ring specifically made to fit my engagement ring, they were not prepared to pay for the cost of the repair. Shoddy workmanship has caused this and their customer service isn't much better. Avoid at all costs.
