Good service? What service if I can't get in touch with littlewoods ... Can't wait to clear my balance and close my account... had to make complain about littlewoods adding PPI to my account without permission, just glad I was successful in getting all my money back!!!

**** Customer service at this place second to none. ???????? don't be silly. Wouldn't buy a dishcloth from here now. Would be faulty and take them over a month to collect. They'd miss 3 pickup days where nobody would show. Staff don't know what they are supposed to do other than talk over you. Then have no answer when you can get a word In. And apparently can't transfer you to a manager or supervisor. Actually even just a complaints department is impossible and doesn't exist. You have to find an email of a website dedicated to the high standard of customer service littlewoods clearly have (another witty joke) dog rough it is ???? anyway unless you want broken furniture sat in your house for a month and no sign of collection go for it. Otherwise prepare yourself for the rollercoaster that is littlewoods peace out Facebook!. #littlewoods #complaints #useless Littlewoods

Use Littlewoods and their courier service ArrowXL You will not be disappointed if you want the following: 1) Damaged goods delivered not once but twice. 2) A customer services department that offers no service to its customers. 3) A courier service that supplies a date at a non-convenient time slot ever time and on a other occasion inform you your goods will not be delivered the day before because its out of stock 4) A courier that delivers a damaged item but refuse to collect the previous damaged item. 5) Never get a straight answer to a question. 6) Do not keep their promises to contact you back. 7) Frustration, having to contact them as they never return any calls. Say one thing then denies it. However, if you expect a decent service then you REALLY need to shop elsewhere. We went to Currys picked the item, its was nearly £170 cheaper, delivered at a time that suited us. Their delivery service unpacked the item checked it, took the rubbish away………………delivery free. Littlewoods soon to be rebranded Littleuse!

Ordered a suite for my daughter in May. Was supposed to be here in June 22nd. Did not appear. Spent £30 chasing it up on phone. Then when checked account it said unable to deliver. But yet we'd been in. Then reordered it again on 24th June. Was supposed to come on Friday 21st July. Still waiting. Spent more money chasing this up. When asked for them to verify Exactly where it was customer services was rude. Had phone put down on me twice. Still no suite.

My partner bought me a beautiful engagement ring from Littlewoods which I have had for under 1 year. Despite no knocks, one of the diamonds is already missing which I am gutted about. Other diamonds look likely to become loose as the clasps holding them in have sheared off. Contacted their customer service and they offered to replace asking us to return the ring. Fortunately however, my partner had the insight to check the ring was still in stock, which it wasn't and as it transpired wasn't being sold anymore. Thank God we didn't send my ring back. Called customer service again who told me that despite their being only 7 weeks to our wedding and having had my wedding ring specifically made to fit my engagement ring, they were not prepared to pay for the cost of the repair. Shoddy workmanship has caused this and their customer service isn't much better. Avoid at all costs.

What a joke of a company with the worst customer service ever. I ordered an item and it was delivered very quickly however I wasn't home but no worries as it's been signed for so must be at a neighbours... No came home next day to a yodel card shoved through the door not filled in just big letters on it saying back door. Well low and my 400 pound item was nowhere to be seen since then have spent hours on the phone trying to get an answer even spoke with yodel who say the package was signed for but they wouldn't take it gave me a name but none of my neighbours have that name so my guess driver signed for it and left it in yard or not but after numerous phone calls and promises of calls back I'm still no further avoid these like the plague

Ordered washing machine 4 times and apparently no record of order. however they charged me for it and also told me the delivery days after each order and then never turned up 4 times!! Extremely frustrated isnt the phrase.. no apology. and nothing to make up for it. Also when you try to call them it hangs up repeatedly. Never ordering from them again

missing item from delivery then spent 2 hours on the phone which cost me 30.00 customer services are crap got to be the worst customer services i have ever delt with come on littlewoods you need to sort this out and return your call centre to england never buy from you again

Tried to return a mattress that arrived damaged, have phoned, emailed and tweeted and still have not been able to return item. There is a communication issues with thier staff and have even had the phone put down on me.

Do not buy from these people! They have the worst customer service in the world! Ordered on 8th April for delivery 21st April no delivery due to fire (fair enough) told I would have a phone call to explain options - no phone call, they re-ordered and charged me full price on a sale item. I called and was assured that the adjustments would be on my next statement- they weren't plus the original item is still there so I have been charged twice! Minimum payment is now £100 instead of £35. Called again and promised it was now sorted, it isn't! Rescheduled delivery for 5th May, I called on the 4th to check as I hadn't had a delivery slot and was told that it was definitely arriving the next day my partner has to take the entire day off work. Next day old bed came down and went to the tip only for courier company to phone me that afternoon to arrange delivery for 16th May as the item wasn't even in stock from the supplier! 16th May courier calls to say he is refusing to deliver it as its so badly damaged. I call Littlewoods again that afternoon to cancel order as I've had enough and have now been sleeping on air bed in the floor for 11 day, and nice and helpful man called Xolani pleads with me to give them one more chance and he guarantees that my bed will be with me by Friday (19th) at the latest and says that he's a man of his word and to trust him. Thursday evening, I've had no delivery confirmation, my account still says delivery by 5th May. I call Littlewoods again, they won't tell me if my order is coming tomorrow, tell me to log in and look on online account. Every time you call it's 7p per minute 9/10 times they cut you off whilst you're in the queue or put you on hold then cut you off. I've now cancelled my order and after 15 years being a loyal customer and spending £1000+ per year with them will never buy anything from them again! Avoid like the plague!

Worst customer service ever. Called up about an order they hung up once. Was laughing while on the phone. And put me on hold for 15 mins the third time I called only just set an account up with them will be sure to cancel it right away!!!!!

They are a terrible company, bad customer service too. Bought a Hoover it was faulty so I asked for a replacement, I spent a whole of 3 hours on the phone to them, first off they need to get customer service people to be able to speak proper English, it's nearly impossible to understand what they are saying, also, line keeps cutting off, I had to call back 4 times, then they had me call Hoover customer service, something they should be doing themselves or not at all and just replace the Hoover, when I called littlewoods back they had to call Hoover to confirm the item was faulty, when I finally got a collection date and had everything sorted, I found out a week later nonhoover had been ordered as a replacement, so I've been 3 weeks without a Hoover now and I have 3 huskies!! Also they are saying they will refund the money and I have to place a new order! If a company sells a faulty item THEY HAVE TO REPLACE IT!!! Very very unprofessional, terrible company never buying from them again!!!

Do not buy anything from littleWoods ! I spent nearly £300 on a glass table and chairs for the garden which shattered for no reason. This has left me with glass everywhere and obviously now no table. There customer service is a joke I have been fobbed off from different departments. They sent a guy out to assess if it was my fault and apparently a small tub of coleslaw caused a toughened glass table to shatter!!! They have now charged me £45 for that visit. I am fuming and have been in contact with trading standards to get this sorted now as it is a joke. I will never purchase from them ever again!!!

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH A COMPLAINT WITH THEM SINCE OCTOBER, AND THEY'VE DONE NOTHING BUT AFFECT MY CREDIT. THEY PASS YOU ON FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT, WHO FEED YOU WITH LIES AND FALSE PROMISES. I REGRET OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THIS ON EVERY REVIEW SITE, MAYBE THIS WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION.

disgraceful customer service requested twice for paper bills to be sent received nothing finally got a phone call this week had to pay double didn't mind but wasn't refusing to pay it your customer service is disgusting

worst customer service ever I have been hung up on 5 times when trying to call up about an order then they transfer me through to someone and I'm on hold for 15 minutes Then I get cut off. terrible company

What is going on with Littlewoods - customer services is total crap. trying to communicate with someone who you cannot understand and trying to get them to understand you. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
