Customer Service is non-existent - it's virtually impossible to contact them, you can’t find an email address anywhere on their Website and they don’t respond to messages sent through their website, and you’d need to be Sherlock Holmes to get a phone number. When you do get through, and if you’ve enough patience to go through laborious automated questions (and if the “robot” eventually understands your regional accent) and you eventually get through to a human being... ...they don’t care. Mustn’t blame the staff though – Management are entirely responsible. After over 24 years of being a regular consistent and content customer, things have gone downhill so much this past year that I’ve had enough. So have just now closed my Account (lucky for me, only had to wait 13 mins this time to get through to speak to someone...)

ordered sofa at first week of november ,order went true and delivery was assumed for 25 of nowember (friday) by monday ev 28.11 sofa still wasnt here so i asked staff member on online chat about it, i was informed that sofa wasnt even dispached as they are waiting for supplier confirmation??? i was also told that they cant quarantie that i will have that product for christmas....terrible service ,they sell stuff that they dont even have in stock and im extreamly unhappy with that service.

I was looking online for Bang Olufsen speaker, I opened an account with them just to be able to see how much it will cost me with0% interest and I received an email which says that I will receive the speaker in two days and I can't cancel the order???

Cannot register as new person as it asks for date of birth and even when I put it in it highlights it and asks again Been trying for 3 weeks Rang customer services who were difficult to understand and they said they don't deal with problems with the on line site and no they didn't know what I should do

I ordered a TV and it turned up broken. Tried ringing littlewoods customer services were the first guy put the phone down on me. The second attempt the Pearson answered the phone but didn't acknowledge me and was just having a conversation with a friend. Then the third attempt the guy told me to contact the tv manufacturer and it was not down to littlewoods.

customer service? This company's understanding of this is yet to be desired. One thing it is good for, you can pay in installments which is great... However, they will soon charge you double the amount you should pay on an installment, tell you they cannot make changes to the account and refuse the money owed back to you. I don't believe management exists as when you request to speak to a manager, the advisors tell you they cannot deal with your query. Customer care and their reputation is clearly not a priority. Do not use littlewoods they are crooks.

Ordered a sofa from littlewoods and the first one came damaged so returned it and was told I would have to wait a week without a sofa until the new one came and on the day the new one was due to be delivered I had to phone them to find out that it wasn't going to be delivered for another 4 days!! We also have children in the house with nowhere to sit apart from the floor and apparently there was nothing they could do to help! Absolutely disgraceful service! Will not be ordering from them ever again. Giving them one star is a joke because the service wasn't even that good.

Faulty laptop unable to return due to Littlewoods not wanting to know and their non existent customer services. Contacted head office to try and get them to collect my faulty laptop but they said they would look into it and that was over two weeks ago. I am stuck with a laptop that does not work whatsoever and nobody at Littlewoods to help. Extremely poor company that should not be trading and I will be contacting Watchdog and Trading Standards as Littlewood do not understand consumer rights and could not care less if you have a problem with your order. Their feedback speaks volumes, awful company.

Got fishing pole some off it was missing they said I couldn't send it back it's go to cost me 180 pounds to fix it I paid 630 for it

Had a bed and new mattress delivered..after the delivery men left I discovered a massive rip in the mattress and all the boxes containing the bed parts are ripped and bumped. This is ridiculous! Was told 1-3 working days to get it returned but we have already got rid of our old bed and mattress so now have no where to sleep. Customer service people we rude and sighed multiple times on the phone when I was trying to explain. Shocking service! Will not order again!

I've been a customer of Littlewoods for over 14 years, I've now had 2 broken fridge freezers delivered, they collected one and the driver refused to take the other. After 3 hours of phone calls backwards and forwards to the company and driver company I still have a broken fridge freezer in my lounge with no idea when it's being collected. I've spent hours taking time off work to deal with this and they insult me with an offer of £10 compensation. Now they stop the rewards! I will be shopping elsewhere from now on, already registered with a new company! Appalling customer service.

I placed an order with Littlewoods for a wardrobe. I stated that I live on a narrow street, they try to deliver the wardrobe in a 7.5 ton van that couldn't get into the town never mind to my house. When speaking to the van driver he wants to try again and I have to travel two streets away and take it off him and get it to my own house??? It is bad enough I have waited 3 week for an order that was supposedly going to be delivered in a weeks time. My advice is do not use this company if you live on a one way street or in Cumbria. I have had deliveries from Hoydens, Argos and Currys who managed to get a regular van and truck to the house (including moving vans). Now the driver has told the company it is because there are double yellow lines on the main street and that is why they cant deliver although I do not live there. Unbelievable.

I can understand that littlwoods are a credit based catalogue where you can pay weekly or monthly amounts if you can't afford to pay full price but they are actualll crooks I bought a kids storage box £29.00 from littlewoods which is sold in pound stretcher and amazon for about £4.00 I couldn't feel any more disgusted with the robbery from littlewoods. Highly recommend do not shop at littlewoods! you can save a lot more like £24.00 for shopping else where....

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I ordered a television from them nearly 2 months ago and still haven't received it. I've made near on 40 phone calls and sent 7 complaints to all different departments and I haven't had one reply. Their customer service team are absoultly rubbishy and have no time for there customers. As a customer I have never been treated so badly. I will never use them again. Littlewoods are full of empty promises they can't uphold.

I am simply not wasting anymore time on this than I have already. Please DO NOT ever use Littlewoods. I defies belief. There is a fault with my product and, rather than just replacing it, Littlewoods consistently think of new and imaginative ways to waste my time. The plastic stand under the TV buckled under the weight of the device and smashed the TV. They made me send it the technicians, who obviously could not mend it, and now they want me to provide an independent report on the stand. Why can they not simply replace it! The customer service is just dreadful and the money that I have spent on the phone... Please, never use Littlewoods.

I ordered a Dyson Dog Grooming Kit from Littlewoods online however it never arrived. I contacted littlewoods to inform them of this and asked them to remove the charge. I was told by Littlewoods that they would put on hold the charge for this Dyson Dog Grooming Kit. However I found that they did not, and as a slap in the face Littlewoods updated my credit profile to say the payment was late. I called Littlewoods 4 times. Each time I asked for a Supervisor but they wouldnt put me through to one, instead they chose to put the phone down. I have since found out that the call centre is based in South Africa and the management of Littlewoods does not allow for calls to be put through to Supervisors. I have sent emails to twitter@littlewoods.com and DirectorsOffice@shopdirect.com and both have not been helpful. The reply from Twitter@Littlewoods.com says that the agent should never have said that the transaction would be put on hold, and that I would have to pay for the product until the issue is resolved. However I have it in writing that a Littlewoods Live Chat Agent promised to put the transaction on hold. I have yet to receive a response to the complaint sent to DirectorsOffice@shopdirect.com 95895708

Littlewoods more like Shittlewoods, worst service ever Ive odered many items from here thinking I was getting a great deal with 0% finance option what they neglect to tell you is that they will send you a reminder for a payment after they have charged you late fees, what kind of customer service is that thanks to them im about £70 out of pocket and my credit rating has been reduced to nothing
