“No notification of deliver date, half of the boxes were delivered on separate days. Advertised as including a floor but no floor include just a frame to raise a floor of the ground. Instructions are terrible, roof panel trim badly misaligned at corners”

“Ordered an item on 18th July, was given a tracking number, which never worked, contacted them after 5 days, was told a replacement item was being sent out, given another tracking number which didn't work. Despite numerous emails, either these guys are rubbish or Yodel is rubbish, but either way we haven't received our order after 16 days and counting.”

“I have received a response to my review and have tried to send thou further details of my experience but message weapons send? My original order no is 11671 hope to hear from you very soon my landline tel no 0151 475 9383 I would appreciate it is someone could ring me regarding this matter regards Mrs Carol Gallagher Cannot really comment at the moment. I ordered a fire pit 3 weeks ago and still not received it. The company say they have sent another one out but it is 6 more days now AND STILL NOT Received it. Still waiting. No delivery still to date on 3rd August. Not happy.”

“First class service. The items were despatched and received within 4 days. The courier kept me informed all the time using tracking.Would definitley use again. Fantastic unbrella works perfectly.”

“You only really find out how good a company's customer service is when there is a problem and all I can say is that their customer service is fantastic. I needed to return an item (nothing wrong with it, just didn't like the colour) and Carrie was extremely helpful and arranged the collection for me. Be aware that you need to pay for the return yourself. I would buy from this company again.”

“The chairs arrived promptly, well packaged, and lovely colours. One of the armchair has a small cut through on the top side of the chair. It's not big but noticeable. The only thing is that they are advertising as velvet but the fabric is plush. A bit different as expected. Thus only 2 stars ✨”
