“The item was not what I expected but when I looked to return it, the return cost was 50% of the cost of the item. £25 to return something is extortion !! To return by Royal Mail the cost was £8-82 ! I believe Living and Home deliberately make returning goods difficult. The Item is thrown in my loft!!!”

“To be honest, I hadn't read the reviews before I purchased two chairs from them and after trying to find the order details I started to worry as the information they email you with is pretty poor, but to be fair to them, within 4 days of placing the order they arrived !! The chairs look pretty good and I would say value for money, but there was no contact to say they would be arriving and no way of tracking them. I have allowed 3 stars purely on the fast delivery, but this company really, really need to up their game on customer service and providing information and updates.”

“After my purchase of the chesterfield tub chair i found that the rear legs would not screw into the base of the chair correctly making the chair unsafe to use. I contacted living and home and asked for a refund which they given me within 5 days. Very good customer service.”

“Only a 4 star because no notification was received about dispatch, so lucky I was only 10 mins away when driver called. Other than that, fast, quick and love love love my chair! Easy to put together and excellent quality !”
