About Lloyds pharmacy inside Sainsbury, Didcot - One particular receptionist (dark short haired old woman) is very rude, blunt and most of all, incompetent. She couldn't place an order properly so I had to make a three trips to get a prescription! And it's not just once. She is in the wrong place and making people, who are already troubled/unwell, more agitated. And the others also seem rushing around like headless chickens. - The whole place looks diabolical, unorganised e.g. medical products heaped up on the floor. - They are so slow/inefficient and can't even bother to give an estimate waiting time for the people waiting for the medication to be released after being served at the end of a long wait. All huddle around in a close proximity to one another. It is far from ideal.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Took an online order from me which I couldn't collected. When trying to get a refund I was basically called a liar as I had apparently already collected the order. All attempts to contact them further about this were completely ignored. So have reported them to my credit car provider and the obudsman. Never know a company to have such contempt for their customers!

I attended Lloyds chemist New Cross gate yesterday yet again I’m giving different medication than one that’s prescribed on my prescription. In January of this year I was given heart tablets instead of antihistamines thought medication was checked before given out The staff do not tell you if there is a change in medication or if something is out of stock you realise when you get home then need to go back. I would say the staff are very slapdash and very slow in the movement I I complained that it was the wrong medication I was told to give back the medication and go elsewhere in which I did. Will be making an official complaint

Please avoid this company! I ordered and paid for next day delivery. The item didn't arrive and when I contacted Lloyd's call centre three days later, they would only refund the postage, not the value of the item pending them investigating with Hermes. I asked for a full refund and was refused. It appears that I will have to pay again elsewhere to get this item, as this was urgent. Not sure if I'll ever see my money back! Please use another pharmacy!

Ordered prescription two weeks ago tried to collect it Thursday morning shop was closed until 2.30. Tried again Wednesday of the following week shop closed as they had no pharmacist. Rang head office lady claimed she would help she rang branch but everyone had gone home. She said she would contact area manager tomorrow morning but you can forget getting your medication. She suggested ring 111 what a joker company

I have just visited Lloyds Pharmacy WellingtonBridge, Wexford and the service there is really poor and the operation of the stores is extremely inefficient. When I initially rang to fill my prescription, which they had on file, I was asked if I could come in the following day! I said that I would really need the prescription within an hour. I said to the assistant on the phone could it be filled in 4 hours and she said that was fine. I went back 4 & 1/2 hours later. I had to wait there for a further 25 minutes and then received my prescription which was obviously just filled whilst I was made wait without explanation or apology or admission to the error. The store has gone to the dogs!! I used to get prescriptions here where you could walk in and wait five or 10 minutes now at the very least it’s 2 to 4 hours to fill the prescription and from today was advised 24 HOURS - OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I am SO ANNOYED!!! This has happened in the previous 2 visits for a supposedly filled prescription!!

Do not bother ordering via click and collect, 10 days, 2 emails to them and still nothing, absolute disgrace. I've now requested a refund, wonder how long I'll have to wait for that!

On 7th May 2021 I lodged form for repeat prescription at my GP for my wife and attended Lloyds on 15th May (a Saturday) to collect the medication. I was advised that the necessary prescription had not been received by the Pharmacy and I should contact the GP on the following Monday. The GP confirmed that the prescription had been issued to Lloyds on the 12th May. My daughter then went to the Pharmacy on 17th May but she had to wait over an hour whilst the Pharmacy sorted out the position with the GP and eventually issued the medication. On a previous occasion the pharmacy had mislaid a prescription. Will now have to consider a change of Pharmacy.

I ordered an antifungal cream thinking that 'Click and Collect' at Lloyds Pharmacy would be the same as all other retailers who provide this service, i.e. you can pick up the order pretty much immediately in store. But at Lloyds Pharmacy it seems to be 'Click and wait at least two days with no indication of when you might be able to Collect'. A ridiculous service when you consider that the item I ordered is available over the counter. I gave up waiting and went and bought it over the counter at Boots instead.

don't bother wasting your time booking with them. i made an appointment for a flu jab 3rd october, and after cancelling all my plans for the day they decided to email me an hour before the appointment was due to cancel my appointment. they couldn't even be bothered to call me. woeful service.

I purchased and received some DN95 masks from Lloyd’s Pharmacy, boxed, with box stating filtration capability - but - and crucially - no CE stamp. If there is a recorded indication of capability then I thought that by law they MUST then have CE approval and marking. If that is so, then these are being sold illegally in the UK! By Lloyd’s ! I tried contacting Lloyd’s but got no reply.

Got an email to tell me to book a flu jab, booked a flu jab, went to get the flu jab, told they don't have any flu jabs in stock!! What a shambles. I understand the flu jab is in high demand but don't send me an email to book one and then don't let me make a booking. 1 hour round trip wasted and met with a shrug of the shoulders.

Collection of prescriptions or click & collect orders at their Cleckheaton site is terrible. Queues of 10 + people at most times of the same taking over an hour to simply collect items. It's the only pharmacy in the local area with this issue. And based recent experiences I've moved my collections to another pharmacy

Disgusting, immoral practice. Listen up, paracetamol was 99p for 32 caps, now £2.50, an increase of around 250% all thanks to exploiting those in need regarding Coronavirus. I wonder what additional profits they're making on related products, thermometers, sanitizers, tissues. I dropped everything, walked out and bought my gear from Co-op and Tesco.
