Love Street Lloyds Pharmacy Paisley - totally went downhill in the last 2 years - no customer / patient care! Never have prescriptions ready and make you wait up to 30 minutes and regularly send elderly patients away to come back in a few days time even after they have queued out in the cold for an hour when policy was 2 in shop at a time. I recently fell outside the shop and was bleeding from my hand - no care or concern and wouldn’t even give me a tissue when I asked. I have changed to Well pharmacy in paisley despite this being the local pharmacy to my home. Night and day - friendly service that enters your name into a tablet and instantly locates your prescription and takes your number to text you to in future when one arrives instead of searching for up to 10 minutes in various boxes for prescriptions- absolute joke of a service unless your a junkie which there are usually at least one coming straight in for their fix. Extremely poor customer experience- AVOID! Only here this time as dr sent Mums prescription here in error 11 days agoinstead of to Well Pharmacy but still not ready! Hoping never to be back! Currently have 8 people in shop all disgruntled as rotten service with nothing ready. One old man just was sent away to try again maybe Thursday when he is going on holiday in Friday and ordered 2 weeks ago! Honestly ridiculous! Another man just commented to another “register as a junkie and you’ll be seen right away”.

Paid for stuff (over £80 ) for an online order.Didn't arrive. Called them - ITS OUT OF STOCK! Now have to wait 5 days for refund, if I hadn't of called they would have kept my money until it came into stock (no ideas when that would be) BEWARE!

Absolutely abysmal service, I thought switching to online prescriptions would be less hassle than going to the chemist, now that I have had to deal Lloyds direct I realise that was a mistake, I have six common medicines repeated every month but Lloyds only had three in stock, the first two missing items took an extra week and the Gaviscon that I ordered on 17th March is yet to arrive in stock (today it's 5th April). I can go to Boots in our local village and buy twenty bottles so why is such a large company so inept at maintaining stock levels. If you can't supply your existing customers with quality of life improving, and often life saving medication then stop sending out tens of thousands of unsolicited spam emails every day touting for new custom, more customers is the last thing Lloyds needs until it gets its house in order. Any of your standard cut and paste responses to this review will be taken as an insult.

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area. Slow service, prescriptions getting lost, agreed return times not honoured. Had to come back 3 times and on the third visit still left without my medication but got my prescription to take it elsewhere. The only competition they have is the Coxheath Lloyds pharmacy

Booked a cholesterol test using Lloyds Pharmacy web site. Pharmacy at which I booked it didn't know about it and couldn't do it. Told me that the on line bookings aren't actually sent to the branch. Won't use Lloyds for anything ever again and I suggest no one else does either.

Booked a 'fit to fly' lateral flow test a couple of weeks ago and TODAY Lloyds Pharmacy cancelled it. Not enough qualified staff apparently! Struggling now to find a test centre (USA have different testing requirements to Europe) at such short notice as I'm flying to Las Vegas on Wednesday. Pathetic for a national company. Will never use them again....for anything!

Supposed to be next day delivery but 3 days now and counting. No contact from them to say going to be late. Why say it’s next day delivery if it’s not?! Pretty poor

The pharmacy based in Sainsburys Paignton is truly the worst I have ever come across. It’s so bad it almost defies belief. Over the last 12 months I have had the pain of it twice being shut on a Sunday, queuing for over 30 minutes with only 3 customers in front of me (3 times!) turning up and waiting until 9am only to be told the pharmacist is sick and can’t dispense. I order and 7 days later I go to pick up the prescription only to be told to wait 10 minutes as it hasn’t been made as yet. Only once in that 12 months have I gone there and been served with what I would expect from an average service. This has been going on since the start of the pandemic and it’s woeful, Lloydspharmacy, you are a disgrace!

ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS I was given a paltry £50 in Lloyds Pharmacy vouchers, and an apology, to compensate me for the ongoing meltdown of their service in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire after it had wasted several hours of my time. And after I had complained to its CEO and others. A week or so later to avoid the normal queue into the street at Cambourne I went to another Lloyds Pharmacy on the outskirts of Cambridge. Arriving before the published closing time of 6pm I found that it had closed at 3pm. A tatty notice was stuck on the shutter. I photographed it and sent the time and date stamped picture with another complaint to the same people. They never answered, not even 3 weeks later. Today I took the remaining £20 voucher into the Cambourne store, waited as ever a while even to get in, selected an item priced at £20, and was then told they wouldn't accept their own voucher. Apparently HQ staff had given the poor staff a rollocking for taking the previous £30 in Lloyds Pharmacy vouchers. And told them not to accept any more. In front of a lot of waiting customers I stated that they needed to honour their own vouchers and not treat their staff like that, never mind customers. I insisted on them honouring this voucher. And I got my way. But I should not have had to argue. And weaker individuals would have skulked away. In summary this has to be the worst run pharmacy in the UK. It is badly organised, too greedy to get the staff it needs in to sort out the mess that here in Cambourne has old and sick people queueing down the street in the cold and rain, and too abjectly dishonest and irresponsible, too much a Mickey Mouse organisation, to honour its own vouchers. Ultimately they are clearly bullying their own staff. If employees are handed Lloyds Pharmacy vouchers then they realise these should be honoured. And they are putting themselves at risk of abuse or even assault, nd certainly upset, for refusing to honour them. But that's what this company is like. Damned greedy and irresponsible to a fault. Don't shop there, don't get your prescriptions from these prats, if you have ANY options to go elsewhere.

I spoke to my Gp yesterday to see if they could authorise my repeat prescription, they said they had never received a request from Lloyds direct and had no requests on their system. I’ve had nothing but problems with this app and I’ve decided to manually request the repeat medication because I know it’ll be dealt with. This app is putting vulnerable patients lives at risk. I have never once received a notification to say I can pick up my medication from Lloyds and when I’ve been at the pharmacy they’ve either got no record of the prescription request, or they can’t release the medication or they don’t have it in stock. Or the app incorrectly states that my medication has been picked on the day that I’ve made a complaint. I will be writing to the nhs ombudsman about this app as it’s dangerous and once again it is putting lives at Potential Risk

Ordered hydrocortisone cream along with some other general bits and bobs. After 3 weeks Lloyds pharmacy finally dispatched my parcel, but without the hydrocortisone cream, which was the main reason for my purchase. Since then they have ignored all requests for update or refund and I have had no choice but to raise a case with PayPal to obtain a refund. Needless to say they are ignoring PayPal also. AVOID - shocking customer service and I'm reporting to the regulator.

I worked for Lloyds for 10 years avoid at all costs, the organisation is so full of elitetism and corruption, the delivery manager has no experience in pharmacy and needs sacking because he is so incompetent. The regional managers are just milking the company dry and have no experience in pharmacy they jump in out of positions like there jumping in and out the bath every store is extremely dirty because they don't employ cleaners and the regular pharmacist are awfully trained someone on minimum wage will be expected to train the pharmacist and they are on £21ph. Stores also out of stock because of poor organisation. Shop there at your own risk.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered 2 packs of Nexium which arrived badly damaged. Emailed photos and requested replacements. I have now sent 4 emails to their customer services. Six weeks later and still no replacements and no response to any of my emails.

Extremly poor and inadequate service. Missing items on a monthly basis. Long slow and drawn out delivery times! I've been waiting for my perception medications to be sent out to me for well over a week, dispite them holding on to my perception. The service I an absolute mockery.
