“I’ve been using Loadbalancer.org’s load balancer across two different companies for more than ten years, and I continue to be impressed with both the product and the people behind it. From a technical standpoint, the platform is incredibly reliable, flexible, and straightforward to manage. It provides all the functionality we need to build highly available services without unnecessary complexity. Whether we’re deploying new applications or maintaining critical infrastructure, the load balancer has consistently delivered rock-solid performance and stability. What truly sets Loadbalancer.org apart, however, is their support team. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with several members of their team, including Victor, and the experience has been outstanding. Victor and I have collaborated on various issues over the past seven years, and the level of continuity and expertise is remarkable. It honestly feels like their support engineers are an extension of our own team. Their support is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping customers succeed. “Dario was fast to react to the support ticket raised and produced the instructions required for the fix. As with all support at LoadBalancer we know we can rely on you to help us at short notice. It is well know within the IT team at Ecclesiastical that your support team is by far the best support we experience across any of our contracts and suppliers.
