“I spoke with Victor this time around when reaching out to support and as per usual from the team, the service was second to none. I received a response within a minute and had my case resolved within 15 minutes (most of which was caused by me gathering info). Victor was friendly and remembered me from the last time I spoke with them (over 3 months ago) where I had lots of questions regarding processes and rollbacks which he answered amazingly and gave me all the info and more than I needed. It's very refreshing dealing with such a pro-active company. Stellar work chaps, don't change :)”

“Excellent product and excellent support. We recently had a datacenter power issue which corrupted one of our ADC units. Loadbalancer.org support was very responsive and very patient as we navigated through the various twists and turns needed to resolve the issues.
