“LoadBalancer support is the best in the business. Once you open a case you recieve a prompt response with a top level engineer. Their support is truly what sets them apart from all others. The load balancer virtual appliances are also rock solid. We have never had to open a case for a failed appliance. All of our support calls have been for fine tuning or unique applications.”
