“I've never had better support experiences than I have with loadbalancer.org. Just finished up a situation where they not only helped me with the understanding I needed for what should be done. But they walked me through every step of the way. They have the tools built into their product to easily provide them visiblity into logs and stuff so they can see and understand my implementation quickly. But when done they also walked me through cleaning up some old logs just so things are tidy going forware. Thanks!!!”

“Thorsten provided us with a very detailed analysis and explanation of the load balancer configuration on the call and sent us a detailed follow-up information on configuration options and WAF configuration with samples and screenshots. “I have had a few instances where it was necessary to engage the techical support for our Load Balancers. The product is very solid and typically free of issues once configured. However, in the events where our organization has had "one off" issues, the technical support team for Load Balancer has been extremely helpful in resolving these issues. The technical teams are extremely responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure working with this team.”
