“Kevin Iribarren was amazing to work with. He took the time to work with me initially for an unusual case that ultimately didn't pan out. Once our situation was more "normal", he was more than happy to put things together for us a month or two later. Throughout the entire process, he was always informing us of different options we had and never pushy. I would recommend Kevin to anyone.”

“Rick Rawlins and his team from loandrone were absolutely outstanding working through a complicated refinance that allowed us to keep our HELOC in place. I had attempted to refinance with another company and had a horrible experience including signing off on the loan and not being funded. I worked with Rick very shortly afterwards and got it done with no hassle. I cannot recommend him any higher! He is good at his job and cares about his clients.”

“Kevin's good what he does. Four Star. Due to performance on my last loan. Granted it was complicate but everything kept coming down to the last minute and was extremely stressful.”
