“Rick Rawlin and team did a great job in handling my refinance mortgage loan. They closed the loan process within 3 weeks. All the documentation was closing process were handled without any issues.”

“As any loan process goes through, there are always few glitches. But what makes the process less overwhelming is the loan officer. In my situation, Scott Keller was the loan officer. He was forthcoming and candid. At the same time he was aggressive enough for my loan case. One big item for me was that loan term never changed. For those who have gone through the mortgage loans experience higher rate than the rate was promised at the inception loan process. My special kudos to Scott. Thanks.”

“Everything was pretty good. Very supportive in helping to make the right financial decisions. Communication tailed-off at the end; and I was told I would be able to have two months without payments until the new loan started... but when the paperwork settled, that's not what I got.”

“My other lender could not get the job done. I am an independent contractor, which for some reason, lenders don't like. Kris reviewed my credit and income and assured me he could get me a loan. He got me a great loan and made the process easy. He even helped me tweak my FICO score by suggesting I pay off one of my small credit lines to ensure I received the most favorable loan terms. I will recommend Loandrone to my friends.”

“It was a pleasure working with Kristi from Loandrone. She was professional, honest and more importantly, she will let me know before I even ask or notice that she made a mistake, and will tell me how she corrected it. My transaction took a little longer for reasons beyond neither Loandrone nor my control, but everything went well in the end. I will recommend and use Loandrone in the future. “Erik Forgue helped us refinancing our home mortgage in March 2021 I called Erik to inquire about the mortgage market and liked his approach right away. He shared all the information I needed to decide whether it was the right time for us to refinance. I never felt that Erik was trying to sell me a product; we rather discussed the market trends to narrow down on getting a rate lock. Throughout the origination process, I felt that he understood our needs and worked towards making the process smooth for us. He was readily available via email, phone call and text messages. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family for any future mortgage needs.”

“I started the loan app with Kristopher Van Wiicklen on 11/19/2020 and eventually signed the loan docs on 2/11/2021 but my original loan was not funded until 2/25/2021. I won't get into all the gyrations of excuses I went through with him. But it would suffice to say that I've been a real estate investor for over thirty years, have financed and refinanced multiple properties over the years. But I've never worked with a loan officer who is this deceptive and unresponsive. In the end, my loan cost on a 25LTV property ballooned to $ 6,967.70 as opposed to around $2000 that he had mentioned at the start. And secondly, on the signed and notarized CD, the principal reduction was supposed to be $2303.50 but instead $2,082.76 was applied.. I've sent him emails, left voice mails, and sent a number of TXT message but so far no response. He has been told that if I don't have a response by the end of this week, I'm prepared to take legal action.”
