“Broker was good at explaining different options etc.. However, overall was extremely poor. Just a few examples: I wasn't told a closing date; I wasn't informed that I shouldn't make my existing mortgage payment; I wasn't told who the title agency was or when an agent would be coming by. Emails went unanswered”
