“I wanted to thank Kevin for an unbelievable assistance through out the loan process. “Our agent, Kevin Iribarren, worked hard to make sure he got the best rate for our refinance. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and always available when we had questions. He took time to explain anything we didn’t understand and gave us several options to consider. He made the process much easier than we expected.”

“Broker was good at explaining different options etc.. However, overall was extremely poor. Just a few examples: I wasn't told a closing date; I wasn't informed that I shouldn't make my existing mortgage payment; I wasn't told who the title agency was or when an agent would be coming by. Emails went unanswered”
