“I worked with Michelle Lee on a very time sensitive refinance. Michelle had worked with my family on a previous financing. I contacted Michelle to do a 15 year at the lowest interest rate I have ever seen on record. I knew we had 48 hours at best to pull this thing off. We were right, the following Monday the rates were up over 25 points! Michelle efficiently collected everything that she needed from us and pulled it off, it was locked 1.75%! We started around lunch on a Thursday and done 24 hours later. As the loan moved through to signing Michelle collected the rest of the information that she needed. She was so patient and brought tremendous energy to every conversation. She worked so hard, even on weekends, and communicated each step throughout the process. She directly helped us with some of our home insurance stuff we were having a bit of a challenge getting, and we had an HOA that we needed help on getting information. She stepped right in and did it. At one point we were up pretty tight against our loan lock date and Michelle took a break for some personal time on a trip. She did not take a break from our business though, on her personal trip we had several communications and information transfers and she got it done. She was incredibly selfless, cares so much about the client, makes the business understandable to us average Joes, and lastly....Michelle was a lot of fun to work with on what is pretty complicated business. We will work with Michelle again and we will refer her to every person we meet that needs financing or a refinancing! Excellent job, 6 stars.”
