“Rick Rawlings of Loandrome made the refinance of our house go smoothly and easily. Rick gave great advice on what needed to be done, rapid feedback, and outstanding follow-up. And best of all, Rick worked aggressively to find and lock-in a great rate. I will recommend that anyone considering financing or refinancing their home to use Rick Rawlings and Loandrome. “Kevin was very knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of whenever I needed guidance or additional info. The terms on my loan were exceptional. The signing and closing process was a cinch. I will definitely use Kevin and Loan Drone again.”

“Michelle was on call everyday and walked through the process carefully. My only slow down was the appraisal company was incommunicative; which was not a part of LoanDrone and out of our hands. Michelle handled that as well as possible so we still closed on our original deadline. Friendly, efficient, and effective.”

“Scott helped us get our home loan refinanced and he was so thorough with all the processes and he went above and beyond answering whenever we had questions.
