I paid extra to ship back my order to exchange for a smaller size 10" slipper and you sent me the same thing 10.5" and changed the size sticker on it thinking I wouldn't notice. I got 1 correct size slipper 10" and the other someone change the sticker to say 10" but it's actually 10.5"... That's what I just returned! You sent me the same wrong size for the second pair (10.5") but you put a 10" sticker on it. Did you think I wouldn't notice when I hold the slippers up next to each other, that one is a half inch larger? I noticed and this is unethical. I paid over $20 in shipping cost for all of this.”
