“Not really a bad experience, it was just a matter of taste. Being a person who enjoys bread of all sorts I thought that lo dough would be a good alternative as I was striving to eat healthily and cut the carbs. Unfortunately lo dough did not satisfy my taste buds and I thought it tasted and felt like limp cardboard. I am sure there are many individuals who will like this product but it is not for me. Thank you for asking me to write a review and as always I try to be honest. I wish your company every success and as you refine the product I may be tempted to try it again at some point in the future. But for now I will stick to bread albeit a smaller amount.”

“The website states they have a 6 month shelf life but mine expire in less than 4 months. I rang to complain, the number on the card you put in your boxes so that number is no longer in service. Found a number online, no answer. Asked me to leave a message and I did. Nobody got back to me. Shocking customer service”

“I received a text message late at night which woke me. I work early hours! It was a junk text about some offer or something. I emailed to ask for my number to be removed. I received NO apology, instead, I received an automated email saying I had placed an order. I responded saying I had placed no order. This was also ignored. Instead of apologising, your company deemed it acceptable to fob me off with a box of 6! Bribery is not the type of thing a reputable company would do. Accept ownership of your failings and do not ignore the customer, as without customers, you have no business. I purchased several times and purchased trial packs for my daughters, all of which would help grow your business. But my experience has resulted in none of us wanting to use your company again nor would we recommend you to others, simply due to the treatment or lack there of that you give customers. And no, please do not send me more packs.”

“It smelt like play dough which put me off straight away and it felt very strange and then i jaf it with some soup and it wasnt appetising atal and i always tried it a second time and made pizza and again it was awful and a waste of syns.”

“Didn't like at all. Tried to use as pizza. Not clear if have to crisp in pan first or straight to oven. tried both. Still soggy. Might as well use a low fat tortilla as this is exactly what they look like. Expensive for effectively a tortilla. Won't buy again”
