“For someone on a low calorie diet, the products lo-dough offer are great. They offer a good range of products with health advantages, as well as providing over 400 recipes for inspiration. Have shared and suggested to many friends, and will be starting my subscription once all my products are used up. Definitely recommend to atleast try.”

“I love the pizza dough and thought I’d try the southern style coating. Easy enough to coat chicken and it keeps the chicken succulent when cooking instead of drying out. However, the taste was a bit bland and one of the ingredients gives a stale taste. I added paprika and extra pepper but I would like it to come with more flavour and maybe a crunchier texture , as it doesn’t taste like southern fried chicken. One bag covers a lot of chicken and I use a third at a time. The recipe needs tweaking though.”

“I find Lo-Dough a bit of a lifesaver for making low carb meals that don't feel low carb. I make pizzas, quiches, wraps, pasties, and also blitz them to a crumb to make mug cakes. They work cold from the pack or cooked/heated. I have an 8 week recurring sub which works just right. I've always had very responsive service too if I've needed to get in touch.”
