“They were a lot thinner and lighter than I was expecting, but having said that for 39 calories per lo-dough and only 2 syns if, like me, you've embarked on the slimming world journey, then theres not a lot to complain about! Over all pleasantly surprised.”

“This is a great product. For some it takes some getting used to the taste and texture, but you know how good it is for you it tastes much better right away!. Only downside is the excessive packaging. To buy 24 Lo-Dough's I had to also have 12 plastic bags ("not yet recycled"), 36 pieces of paper, plus all the packaging for mailing it to me. I would rather have 12 pancakes in one recyclable bag and be putting a little less pressure on Nature.”

“I’m pretty sure you can buy brownie mix cheaper. The reality is I doubt you’ll get a brownie that taste real (ish) for 65 calories. This has been my ultimate treat and doesn’t get in the way of training and low calories cutting.. it’s been my life saver and I would recommend without a doubt.”

“It's basically a tasteless base that does not give you any satisfaction or fullness. The only good thing is that you can top it with what ever you like and it will still be low calories.”

“So very useful to replace wraps & pasta sheets on my low carb fast days. Fill with mexican fillings of choice, fold & place in ovenproof dish then smear with tom puree to cover all exposed bits of wrap. Use a low fat hard cheese (you’ve promoted eat lean in past & I agree it’s good for cooking.) to grate a little on top to cover. At this point it bakes very similarly to standard burritos etc. Also makes a reasonable pizza base if you cover every exposed bit with topping. Recently I modified your pineapple mug cake recipe by washing & halving a seedless tangerine (to check no pips) complete with skin, then blending it in food processor, before adding a wrap & blending again. Then carry on with recipe, omitting the pineapple. Even lower in calorie and very fruity. Lemon zest and juice would work too. Planning to try other types of batter/pancake next.”
