"The customer service is terrible, they don't ship in a timely fashion, you can only handle issues online even if you call there is no resolution to any problem. They're ALWAYS out of stock on items necessary and they make the return process as difficult as possible so as to hope you just give up so they can keep your money. I'd give negative stars if I could worthless company...I suggest you heed my advice and run from this company... They also charge you for a restocking fee on items returned and damaged... Poor business management... I posted the return policy"

"I have been ordering from Lolicupstore.com for many years. Never had problems until about 2 years now. More than 3 times I didn't get all my products. Contacted customer service and problem was resolved okay. This last time I ordered I was missing all my syrups again, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone nor return message my Emails I send. After more than 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone, I escalated my claim through Pay Pal and finally got my refund for the missing items. Also One of my coffee bags was busted open and never got anything for it.I have had it now and will never order from them again. I rather pay more and get good customer service."
