Still you could place an order even they don't have in stock. They have to manage inventory seriously.

Placed an order for a case (12) Torani Syrups. Instead of shipping as a case it was shipped in multiple packages with different tracking numbers. 10 of the 12 bottles were damaged due to very poor packaging. This is the second time this has happened to me with Lollicup Store. Waiting for a replacement of the damaged items and this will be the last time I order from them.

I have been trying for over a week to file a refund/replacement for damaged sauce we received. Each time the form errors out and there is no number to reach anyone. The "BOT" keeps telling me to fill out the nonworking form. Will NOT be ordering from them again.

Customer service is terrible. Shop elsewhere. Sent the incorrect pumps for the Monin syrups, they weren’t sealed and were very dirty. We were also sent syrups that expire in a couple of months, and refused to refund or return them. Will not be shopping here again.

I order some flavored syrups. They never sent me the syrups they refund my money but didn’t emailed me and told me why. Someone on Facebook said they do this a lot . Why waste people’s time. If your out of something just put on the website out of stock.

The customer service is terrible, they don't ship in a timely fashion, you can only handle issues online even if you call there is no resolution to any problem. They're ALWAYS out of stock on items necessary and they make the return process as difficult as possible so as to hope you just give up so they can keep your money. I'd give negative stars if I could worthless company...I suggest you heed my advice and run from this company... They also charge you for a restocking fee on items returned and damaged... Poor business management... I posted the return policy

Their customer service is not friendly to the customer in my opinion.. I ordered product from them and they shipped it via two different carriers... One shipper damaged the shipment and destroyed the product.. So I asked Lollicup store to send a replacement shipment.. they would NOT do that... they would only refund my money and I would have to order again... Problem is if I reorder the exact same order it reveals they shortchanged me on refunding my shipping money.... So because the shipper screwed up they expected me the customer to EAT that additional cost... I let them know I wasn't happy and the overseas customer service person pretty much told me I was out of luck... So think long and hard before you order from this company unless you are willing to risk POOR customer service if something does go wrong.

Make sure to follow up on orders you placed. They are not reliable, don't know if it's the shipping company or lollicup.

Slow respond to issues. Boba quality is not good. 30%+ of boba are crumps after you open them mostly in the center area。

Have not received orders placed. NO customer service. Will be filing a police complaint and with the State for fraudulent business practice (in addition to disputing the charge on my credit card).

We always ordered syrup from this company, used to be live ordered. Now that we order online, package alway leak. with online order, there is no email respond support. Sent email with added pictures and that all i get, no respond to email at all. service is really bad if you need support on item once it delivered.

Terrible service I payed for my order then 5 days later they cancelled it and told me I have to wait up to 14 days for my refund. My question to them was why take out the money if you did not have the stock to send out my order? They never answered that

On more than one occasion I have ordered from this company only for them to hold my order for over a week and not ship it out. Once I reach out for an update I get a response of that item is out of stock and a refund. Yet you go to the website and said item is showing in stock. Very frustrating and such a pain!

The prices and items are great, however, the company itself, is not. The first time we ordered, everything came in on time except the straws so we contacted customer service via email and phone but no replies whatsoever with both communication channels. So we didn't receive any refund or new straws either and had to order a separate order for straws. We gave lollicup store another try just because we thought it was an honest mistake on their part but turns out it wasn't. The second time we recently ordered items worth around $300 and funds were taken out of our account within a couple days but no tracking number available at all, so we waited for a week before contacting lollicup store via email but no replies again. Phone number on google worked but apparently they're receiving a lot of calls so no one returned our calls nor picked up the phone either. A couple of days after I contacted them, the items came in but UPS delivered it while it was opened and some items were missing so we contacted lollicup store via phone and email again but no replies again. At this point we're out $100 plus on items that we did not receive and no refund or anyone to contact. Overall, great prices but worst customer service ever. I would think that a company who probably focuses on communication via email only, would communicate better but it's even worse when their phone number and email reaches no one. Better buy your items elsewhere, WORSE PLACE EVER AND NO REFUNDS OR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AT ALL!

I placed an order and received 2/3 of the order. I have called & emailed LollicupStore but to no avail. I had to contact UPS to find out one of the packages was damaged in shipment, but never heard from LollicupStore, who got paid in full.

FRAUD ALERT! They charged my CC over $800. Never ordered anything from them! CC bank is investigating them and I hope they bring some charges against these LIARS!
