Placed an order. A partial order was sent. Respectfully I followed protocol with regard to customer service and have NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Calling the company only leads to the ongoing automated response, "they are busy assisting other customers" DM on Facebook should not be the only way to communicate with this company. If you have processed a payment for an order there is no excuse for delaying with followup to a customer who only wants what they PAID for.

DISHONEST!! Received 1/2 the order, when contacted they said both were shipped in same box. This negates PayPal action.

I placed an order on 6/5 and they sent a tracking number on 6/8. I thought that was fast considering reviews stating that they take a long time to ship. I emailed them a few days after receiving the tracking number asking when it would ship since the tracking details state that it still hasn't been picked up yet. The customer support agent responded and stated that they take a few days to ship out orders and prep the shipping labels in advance. Another week passed by without the shipment moving so I email support again. They took 1.5 WEEKS to respond and stated that the shipment was lost and they'd ship a new order out in a few days. I'm going out of town for 2 weeks so it's likely this order will arrive when I'm out of town. This is unacceptable. The level of service is disappointing and they don't do anything to correct their orders. They should've rushed the shipment and pushed to ship the next day and pay for overnight shipping. I'm never going to order through them again. It's not worth the frustrating experience and poor customer service.

ZERO customer service 2 if my items were missing they sent an empty box. I call left messages 4 days straight email 4 times with pictures of the empty box. Till this day no one has answered via phone or email. On the ph ok ne message they said "we will answer your call within the business day" Hiw busy can one get that ok one can answer customer phone or email? NEVER BUY FORM THEM AGAIN!!!

They have the worst customer service. I order items and all I got was an empty box. I call left messages after messages and they never return our calls. On their message said to email to help desk we did that 4 or 5 times and they never reply. So I will never order from them again. Getting 1 star for customer service they don't even deserve that.

It took 4 days for them to process my order. I had to wait longer for it to be shipped. One of the pumps i ordered was defective. I sent them an email about a week ago and they still haven’t responded. Never purchasing from them again.

DO NOT USE! Cheaters delivering half your order while showing both on the shipping label. Then when you write them they show they have proof both were delivered. Would not give them one star. DISHONEST CHINESE!

This company truly sucks on all levels. zero customer service. Will screw up your order. Will charge you for items that will not get shipped. you have little recourse. they will charge you to ship bac k what you did not receive. buy anywhere else please trust me.

Very poor customer service!! I run a coffee shop and they sent me the wrong lid, I am out in the mean time and they will not make it right and send the right ones expedited!! They are requiring me to purchase the wrong ones in order to put in a request to ship the correct ones. And they only offered a 20% discount on the wrong ones. So now I will likely have to close down until the new ones get here because they are made specifically for high temp beverages like Americanos.

If there's an option, I would choose 0 star, unfortunately the minimum selection is at least 1 star. All bags of boba I received was out of shapes became powdery !! There's no one will answer your call. Worst customer service !!!!

Order #100081010 was lost by Fed Ex tracking #789261966948 and Lollicup will not answer the phone or return messages. There's no way to email them or even start a ticket. I have left messages everyday for over a week and no one will return my money or even try to find the package.

Orders are always wrong and they unfortunately continue to get worse. The service is awful... not because their team is rude but because they take forever to respond and fix the issue. They are quick to take our money but have no pride in getting the order correct. My last order that came in had 16 items wrong... 10 of those items were missing and 6 were wrong. I have continued to order from Lollicup hoping things would improve but for some reason it's getting beyond repairable in my opinion. Currently searching for a new distributor to handle our business.

Terrible customer service, shipping takes a week, and difficult to report problems with an order. Over the past year at least half of the orders I received were missing items. It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone and even if you leave a voicemail they do not call back. It has taken days to get in contact with an actual person. They have an online live chat but have never been able to communicate through that feature. If you're lucky enough to get a person to answer the phone they don't have knowledge about your order, will disagree with you if you say items were missing, and tell you to file a complaint (which you may not ever get a response to). They recently started putting on the boxes a list of items that are supposed to be packed into the box however they don't follow that list when packing. Making it even worse when a box gets damaged and sent back during delivery because on their records the box that needs replacing may contain items you already got or you just never get the items that were missing. Took days to get someone on the phone to fix the problem, would not speed up shipping. Makes it very difficult to run a business when you can't depend on a supplier and ends up costing us when we do not have product to serve due to their disorganization and lack of customer service

Ordered 2 bottles Davinci flavoring, received one today. The French Vanilla was not in the box but circled on the shipping label. No notes, no email. Tried all methods to reach them today with NO answer. Last time for me to order, they owe me $10.05 or else get my flavoring to me!

no people take the phone, why set up the phone service. online chat is not working well as well. hiring too less people working for customer service..my order usually is shipped from NJ warehouse, last order, was told that they have no idea why NJ warehouse has been close for a few days. for my recent order, monday will be the last day to receive my order., but called on Wednesday, my order is supposed to be here, I called trucking company, they said the tracking is for order in PA. are you kidding me?????? finally has people took my phone, the supervisor will resend new pack to my store, will arrive on thursday, but it has not arrived yet, it is 6pm now....really bad experience.... ..hope your company improve it.

I order from lollicupstore 6ibs ot tapioca, and i recieved it on wed novemaber 7,2018 and the opened up the package to see that the expliration date for all 6 ibs is january 27,2019. I called them and told them about the issue and they told me to send an email with all of this information and i did that, and the replay that i got was that i can either keep it and try finishsing all 6 ibs before the expliration data which is not possible or send it back but they will not pay for the shipping. They said that they don’t check the expliration dates on packages before sending them. The last time i bought tapioca from them it had an exploration date of 6 months and now they are saying that tapioca has this shelf life.
