Scam website. They don't ship your items and they have no customer service. They don't respond if you try to contact them.

I placed an order for three items, I had a reaction to one item and that was refunded. The other two items I returned and only one was refunded. I have been going around in circles, being told they would do an investigation on the 26th January, no update a week later. I chased this and was going around in circles with customer service clearly not reading my emails, I have sent the receipt about 4 times, along with being told they will do an investigation 3 times. Now nearly three weeks later, going around in circles with the same poor replies. Asked to speak to a manager and got a useless manager saying oh I can see you are talking to customer services, I will close this chat. The whole point is they are of no use. They are embarrassing. This is a joke, I want a refund and I want to take this further now. I will never order from them again.

Appalling customer service, designed to make you give up on complaints. Delivery arrived nearly ten days late and damaged. Spent all day trying to contact them. Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs.

I have brought Inkylist product, they never delivered, they told , have tried 2 times but never delivered..and i have waited for refund fro 4 months..they just drag the issue never close..not sure when will get my money back..

SHOCKING service. Item was delivered to wrong address, I uploaded a photo of my actual front door to prove the courier had the wrong address. They basically responded “well the courier said he delivered it” and then finished by saying “and we are closing your account you will not able to place anymore orders” ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. Now I’m a £140 order down and no way of contacting them?!

Sent me incorrect item for a Christmas present, twice! Returned both and they are saying I only sent 1 back. Still waiting refund for both! No contact number to call, can only message them. Shocking customer service

Their return policies are frustrating; the 25-euro return fee is unreasonable. This experience has deterred me from placing future orders with them. While I appreciate their environmental concern, they should prominently display the high return cost. Customers accustomed to seamless returns with platforms like ASOS and Amazon may find it surprising and challenging to navigate the expensive and complex return process here. Now, I find myself stuck with three useless items because the cost of returning them exceeds their value. The hair spray was partially used upon arrival, and the two creams, supposed to help dry skin, are as thin as water and utterly ineffective for my needs.

Agree with the statement, do not use this company! I ordered two advent calendars at $165 each and one of them had 5 empty days. No product in them at all. When I reached out to customer service to rectify the issue they told me to send the package back with all products unused and in pristine condition. Can you imagine? They made an error and expect me to ship back at my expense? And to think we would open each day of the calendar and not try the product? They should be ashamed of their customer service! Do not use this company!

THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER ON BLACK FRIDAY BECAUSE NO STOCK, CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID i CAN RE-ORDER WHEN HAVE STOCK AND THEY WILL GIVE ME SAME DISCOUNT. BUT WHEN I RE-ORDER, THEY DENIED EVERYHING, I HAD TO PAY $42.50 MORE!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered same day delivery as I was leaving Dubai next day . Paid the extra same day fee. Nothing came no number to call that works for customer service and 24 hours to get a email response from them . To say it can take up to 5 days and possibly 2 seperate shipments . Deceiving and false advertising do not trust this site .

Serious joke of a company. Refusing to process a refund for an order they admitted to going missing. Incompetent customer service members and no contact number to talk to someone regarding the matter. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY

Previous orders have been fine but ordered 2 of their Christmas fragrance and beauty edit boxes as Christmas presents for my 2 daughters which are supposed to come with a £55 digital voucher to purchase one of the full size perfumes with. Only received one voucher instead of two!! No sensible response - just ask me to send screenshots of their own offer from the website!!

I’m beyond frustrated—this seems like a total scam. I placed an order, but the wrong address showed up. Despite trying to cancel immediately, it claimed to be dispatched when none of the orders were actually sent out. My attempts to contact them through phone calls, emails, or chats have been met with complete silence. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company!

Terrible customer service, its taking months for items to come for click and collect. Company will not refund despite not receiving the items. Avoid like the plague if you're in ireland

Very difficult getting any issues sorted out with this company. Items missing for parcel arranged a 20 percent refund and missing items would be posted out then i was told differently by another customer service agent. Been going on 2 weeks now. Its ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. customer service is very poor. Advertised a Liz Earle gift set for £55 on their website so I ordered it for a Christmas present. When it arrived it was different from what I ordered. So I contacted their customer service (can't phone them so had to be a message) gave me some rubbish excuse about different packaging etc. But the items in the gift set were not what was ordered, I kept sending them pictures of what I ordered compaired to what I actually received but they still didn't get it. Every time they sent a message back it was all apologies but never actually resolved the issue at all. Each time a different person would reply, so no continuity to my issue. Eventually they admitted they were at fault. But told me to order correct product with link to it (which would have cost me a further £79 however they didn't even have it in stock. What an absolute joke of a company. Would never use again, shambles.

Wow, do you notice how many awful, lack of transparency, and let's put it bluntly, scam, cashback websites you promote to a customer after they complete a payment? I've literally been promoted to three cashback websites, if not more after I decided to ignore all the promotions since the third one. Those websites all ask for a subscription fee but have hidden the policy sneakily. Even worse, one of the promotions is right on the Lookfantastic order page, for which I was trusting your brand enough to think this was a genuine perk. You've ruined my trust in your brand. It's a shame you are collaborating with these awful scammers and taking benefits from them, helping them put scams on your customers!

The only reason they are getting one star is because I am unable to give 0. I am appalled by this company's lack of customer care! I ordered their advent calendar back in September and it never arrived. As per their policy I filled in a document stating the product never arrived and was told they would be in touch to arrange a replacement. Weeks and weeks went by and I reached out regularly to enquire about why a replacement had not been sent only to be informed every time that they were carrying out an investigation and I would have to wait. I explained that this was a present and as it was getting close to December I was concerned the product would go out of stock. I was repeatedly fobbed off and sure enough by the time anyone was professional enough to review my concern and take it seriously, the product was out of stock! I am disgusted with their complete lack of foresight and genuine customer care. They have made their customer service hard to access and convoluted intentionally. I would not recommend anyone use this website!!
