“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’ve had 2 horrible experiences with them. Firstly, I was sent expired products and it took them 3 months to give me a refund and wanted me to cover the cost of sending the expired products back to them. Secondly, I ordered products on the 23rd of October, i received an email saying it would be delivered between 28th October and 1st November. As at the 11th of November, the tracking link was showing “in transit to destination country”. It had been showing “in transit to destination country” for 2 weeks. I asked for a refund and they’re refusing to give me a refund. Initially, i was asked if I wanted a replacement or refund, when I asked for a refund, they refused. They’re saying I have to wait 30 days and if I don’t receive my order by then, they would investigate. I have had to go through my bank to dispute the payment to get my money back. I tried to log into my account to response to their message and my account has been deactivated. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company in my entire life. I clearly forgot how bad my first experience was, that’s why I went a second time. NEVER AGAIN.”

“Absolutely useless company. I ordered a perfume for £60. They sent me the wrong one, a smaller sized bottle worth £24. The returns process was a joke. I had to message several times to get a postage label. I then returned the wrong item. I messaged to ask for the correct item to be sent. They assured me it would be sent to me once they received the old item. INSTEAD they issued a refund. I am a month down the line, having tried to order this gift, with NO GIFT and back to square one. Total waste of time, and terrible experience. AVOID THE HASSLE THEY ARE NO CHEAPER THAN ELSEWHERE”

“After seeing all the negative reviews on this site I almost cancelled my order from them. However, I decided not to and my order came fast with no issues at all. After having a perfectly good experience with them I find all these negative reviews on this site really strange. Maybe I just got lucky or something, but for me everything went well.”

“One order went missing completely and was told it had been delivered. Queried this and was told the case had been closed as they have' forty day policy'...no idea what that is and was not informed of any policy beforehand. Only discovered it when querying another order that had been 'returned to sender' . Absolutely awful and will never order from this website again.”

“Disgusted with customer service, expected delivery yesterday 4th Nov, waited in all day and evening to get a message at 8:40pm that they I wasn’t in when I was sitting in my living room … contact customer service who you can’t talk to but they are not interested just keep saying have to wait until Sunday to investigate… not good enough … very angry customer, this was a gift for this evening”

“Placed two orders both got "lost" in transit at different times and were extremely late sending replacements! Got offered a £5 discount which the site wouldn't let me use on the 2nd order! Terrible experience! Ruined my daughter's birthday as they were so late! Never again!!”

“Deliver always an issue. Always late, always have to chase it. Ordered 12 months subscription for beauty box and it was automatically extended for a lifetime and I was told I cannot cancel it for 24 months. Absolute disgrace of a company. Will never buy from them again.”

“My parcel delivered but the free gift items were missing from it. I spent an extra £30 to receive the free gifts. They did not arrive in the parcel and there was no clear and easy way of gaining contact.I will not use this service again.”

“THEY ARE A SHAM, ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER. HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET NOR ARE THEY READY TO REFUND MY MONEY, SIMPLY ASKING ME TO WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY FOR ANOTHER 20 DAYS. I PLAN TO REGISTER A CONSUMER COMPLAINT AND SUE THESE ASSHOLES.”

“Was sent an eyeliner which was completely dry and unusable. I messaged customer service over a week ago and was told they can’t process a refund/return/replacement yet. Sent the same reply templates again and again and still don’t have a usable eyeliner or my money back”

“the customer service is the worst service you can have, no live chat, no telephone, only " DO NO REPLY" email and you cannot do anything, but re-write to them again from the beginning to explain the issue to different persons. It's been 4 months that I haven't received my refund, they confirmed in a "do not reply" email that they have received the defect returned product and the refund takes 3-5 business days, One month later, they asked me again to provide the return receipt... the story starts over gain ..”

“I don't normally leave reviews but felt I should for the sake of the company and for anyone thinking about ordering from them. I placed an order on the 12th of October and it arrived today the 28th qnd although it was longer than the estimated delivery time I was able to track my parcel through the whole journey and customer services were very prompt in getting back to any enquiry I made regarding the delay. With the current brexit situation I anticipated a delay and I don't think the company deserves some of the harsh reviews it has. If you aren't in a rush for your order (mine is a Christmas present) just expect a 2-3 week wait. I would definitely order from them again. I am based in Dublin.”

“I ordered 2 pcs of Kerastase, 2 identic items, but they sent to me 1 Kersatse and 1 Estee Lauder!!! Why??? I didn't order the last one!!! Now they want that I returned the item and only after then, they sent to me kerastase. I must to spent my time and go to the post, because of the unprofessionalism”

“I chose to pay via klarna for an order of 80 euros. I never received the products, PostNL indicated that they have been delivered but they never arrived. I have complained to the customer service already 3 times, and nothing. Now Klarna is asking me to pay for this bill and Look fantastic hasn't replied to me at all.”

“Very unhelpful with any delivery issues. Had to pay TWICE for local delivery courier- delivery was supposedly included in the order price (on the top of VAT & Customs). Kept getting the same automatic response when trying to resolve the issue with customer support. Would not recommend for any abroad orders.”
