“They put the wrong currency on my invoice because of which I was asked to pay a huge customs duty in my country. When I complained they asked me to reject the shipment and send it back. Now I’m being told that I will get my money back when and if they receive the shipment back at their warehouse . I’m effectively paying for their mistake. All because instead of putting the value of the shipment in Saudi Riyals they made a mistake and put it as £.”

“Worst customer service ever. Didn't deliver the parcel but because the delivery company marked it as delivered (the photo they took wasn't even my front door) Look Fantastic considered it delivered and would not refund me. AVOID!”

“I received damaged goods. Two eye crayons which had been exposed to heat in transit (probably due to heatwave and inadequate protective packaging). I wrote to Lookfantastic immediately on receipt of the goods to inform them and ask how to claim a refund for 56€ or how to receive replacements. Nothing! Sent two further emails one to their customer feedback services, once again nothing. I will now send a registered letter, but in the meantime am very disappointed the after sales service.”

“i’m absolutely disgusted. i’ve always used look fantastic and trusted them, i recently moved house due to unforeseen circumstances i had to get our pretty quickly and the last thing i thought to do was cancel my subscription, my payment had not processed for months so i assumed i was not subscribed anymore. had an email to say my box could not be delivered and due to nobody living there i thought it would be returned to sender, it sent to the parcel sorting office and then i received an email to say someone (not me) has received my order ! then look fantastic has taken yet again ANOTHER £13, ive tried to cancel this and made contact explained the situation as i do not live there, they said due to my subscription i can’t get a refund, can’t change my delivery address, but you’re happy to take my money? watch your backs guys you’re gonna have the ombudsman ALL OVER YOU!!!”

“I placed an order and was dispatched. On arrival I had a totally different brand and gift set of shampoo/conditioner that I had ordered. After sending numerous messages via unstagram, Twitter and email regarding this, someone finally responded to my three tweets to say someone would be looking into this and we can send the correct item but can I send back the other one. I thought I was getting somewhere but they ignored me again. They finally responded to another tweet saying it was out of stock did I want a refund. I said yes, they didn't get back to me again. Totally ignored. Totally disgusting and awful customer service. I can't see this getting resolved so looks like I'll be stuck with something I didn't order and looks like I won't be getting my money back either. Didn't seem overly apologetic and didn't follow up with my issue so remains unresolves. I wi!l never shop with them again. They have gone massively downhill. It was their mistake, not mine and I shouldn't have to chase them again and again to get an outcome. Steer clear from this website until they get their act together.”

“I have a sucription on bb for five years, no problems. But last few mounth...no boxes. i wrote them 11 mails, no answer that would help me. They are sory... Is like talking to a rock. Now i see im not alone. I think they change delivery service. Total disaster...”

“Real scam, I´m currently waiting for 2 orders, one has been shipped 5 months ago and another - 3 months ago. Multiple messages couldn't solve a problem, they just promise me to send the products again and the only thing I get in an email once in two weeks that they are sorry that my order has not been shipped yet. The "funny" part is that they cancelled one of the products from both orders and never returned any money for them!!! I don't know what exactly have changed, as I've made more than a dozen orders before, there have been problems with the delivery timings, but at least they have had a decent customer survice. Now it really looks like a scam! Order numbers: 283432557 and 296010346”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with and appears to be a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish had read these reviews before as the exact same thing has happened to me. I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I have followed up with them multiple times only to get some sort of automated response to say that delivery can take up to 30 days. I shared with them the tracking. I believe this company is a complete scam and I don’t think they have even sent the goods. I never write reviews and I am doing this right now to ensure no one else has to go through this pain. I have wasted more than US$100 on this order which seems like it will never arrive.”

“The very worst company to deal with. They take your money but will not send the goods. I ordered from them, waited for weeks and still nothing arrived , they told me that it was delivered. I kept e mailing them and the same message kept coming back that they were investigating it with the courier. I asked on numerous occasions what courier they used in Ireland and still no answer, I also asked where their Irish office is and got no answer. I told them that I was getting on to the police to check if this was an on line scam and straight away I got a message back that my money was returned to my account. Please take my advice and do not waste your money on this site.”

“Absolutely woeful service. I'm stuck with a beauty box for a year I don't want and I've been waiting 3 weeks for a delivery worth over 100 euro. Every excuse has been given and now I'm simply told shipping can take 21 working days. For the last week I have been told customs has delayed the package. Now they've changed that story as well. I have never dealt with a more frustrating company. I will never use them again. Don't waste your money on them.”
