“It has been over 2 months and the shipment is not yet delivered. Customer service is poor. Will never ever order from this website. It is only my first order but smells like scam.”

“Company is good, but delivery is bad because it's not Royal mail and it's not Dpd or parcel force. It's Hermes really worst couriers. They are faking signatures and they not posting online that parcel was left with neighbour. You will be lucky if you will find a card left.. For a company I would recommend to change them to someone else better.”

“I ordered three products from this Company. The products arrived damaged and stained. I have sent SEVERAL photos of the damaged and stained products, the Customer Service is saying that there is NOTHING wrong with the products. I'm unable to use these products. There is one product, Nuxe Dry Oil, that is missing in action. Customer Service is saying they sent ALL the products; which is NOT TRUE. I do not know what else can I do. My credit card has been charged and two of the products are damaged and the third product is missing. I DO NOT WANT ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“Order never delivered, raised 2 queries and received responses telling me they would update me within 72 and 48 hours respectively, which they did not. Now trying to get a refund. Would not order from them again.”

“I paid for large size products, they took my money and sent out a couple of samples which I could of got for nothing in store! Do not purchase off these cowboys I wish I had looked at their reviews before I purchased as it is terrible. I have the CEOs email address if anyone wants it, don't let them get away with this, as I have already sent an email to him”

“Fraud Website, Useless After-sale Service I placed an order in 2018, look fantastic told me it is not successfully placed. In 2019, after 12 months, my money is deducted and the parcel is on the way to an old address. I contacted the after-sale service and I was told to send back the parcel to get a refund. But I can never receive the parcel because the address is wrong. I have written 4 emails to lookfantastic but each time it is a different person and gives useless answers. After so many email exchanges, they wrote me that they can do nothing for me”

“I placed an orđer, they said that it will be dispatched around 24 hour. But after 25 hour, my order haven’t dispatched. And my account was blocked also. I lived chat with the customer, they said that please wait until 24-48 hour. So now is 58 hour and no any information from them about my account and my order also. Disappointed”

“Terrible customer service agents! didnt gave me proper advise regarding my delivery issue. And kept on telling me that the delivery will take up to 30 days however their website says that the estimated delivery of my order was by 1st October. They insist that they can only investigate my query after 30 days! Now its already 14th October and I took the initiative of calling our local post only to find out they have attempted to deliver on 29th September and item was sent back to Lookfantastic as I was not able to collect. Your service is not fantastic at all.. And this will be the 1st and last purchase I will have thru you guys. NEVER AGAIN!!!!”

“Received confirmation of order by email. They incorrectly had delivery address as home address when I stated different delivery address. Contacted Customer service within an hour of placing the order and was told it couldn't be changed. When I informed her that I am out most of the day she said I could pick it up at my Post Office which happens to be closed for repairs. I am very disappointed with the response and the service from this company. It also appears I can no longer log on to my account, strange!!”

“Great products, very poor customer service. Charges for returns that are their fault. No coordination of complaints raised. No responsibility taken over what they are advertising and promising to deliver. Will not be ordering again as there are many other places that would appreciate my custom more”

“you know what you and your company are ridiculious first you send me just samples not my £30ml perfume first time this has happened and its taking you guys soo long for an conclusion joke in it and lizzi who i spoke to was verry rude and no manners at all really stuck up and dosent help at all infact jus makes things work awful attitude problem she has and also you i would never shop again dont give me replacment or refund dont want anything i rather loose my money than chasing you lot who are doing nothing. i will also send this message on trust pilot aswell for look fantastic !!!”

“Never had an issue with this company - very surprised at the recent reviews as everything perfect and arrives on time. “Poor customer service they didn’t refund me for the damaged shipment which I didn’t receive because the courier couldn’t deliver it due to its bad condition. It’s been a week and they still trying to figure out how to solve this problem ?!!!!!!! And they didn’t solve yet Unfortunately this is my first experience with them which I am very regretful”
