“I order moore than 2 weeks they told me between 3 and 5 days then next week now between 7 and 9 days this supposed to be a 🎁 but is gone even now I still dont have ridiculous.”

“I placed an order on 27/11/20 order no 255536379 £137.37. Not received and when I have managed to get through to someone, usually through messenger or Facebook, you just get fobbed off. They have said the order has been lost in transit. I have received an email from their “Customer Relations Executive” saying would you like a refund or replacement order? You cannot reply as it’s a “No Reply” email. No contact and no refund. Impossible to get any answers. There are hundreds of people complaining. This looks to me that this company is going down. Please do not order or you most likely will lose your money.”

“I placed an order with Look Fantastic on 27 November. They have my money but I still do not have my parcel at 14 December. They contracted Hermes to deliver it who claim that the parcel is too damaged to deliver. I have contacted both Hermes and Look Fantastic several times but have so far had no helpful response from either. This parcel included a Christmas gift which I cannot afford to replace. Hermes just say ‘Contact the Company who I ordered the items from’ and Look Fantastic just say they will look into it but, so far, haven’t done anything to help since first informing them 5 days ago.”

“Made my order 2 weeks ago and never got it. This company is a scam, please never order anything here. They don't have any real contacts on their website, there is no return / cancellation procedure, their telephone number is not working. They are scammers, please stay away from them!”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. i made an order over 3 weeks ago, as yet i have received no communication my items should have arrived with in 3-5 days no confirmation email no correspondence, no replies It is absolutely awful I am furious I will never ever use this company again!!”

“Ordered on 28th Nov. Told despatched to courier and out for delivery. 4.12 told delivery would be delayed. No response to email. If not heard anything By Friday I’m going to issue a small claim.”

“Placed my order 2 weeks ago now, selected next day delivery at checkout to then be told there was delays so my item wouldn't be delivered on the day expected. Which I didnt mind as they said it would be delivered the day after. However it wasn't delivered. So I checked the tracking I fo at it says that amazon delivered my parcel?? I didn't recieve any parcel. I wont be ordering from here again and I'm really hoping to recieve my order or I may have to take this further as its alot of money yo just throw away”

“My order appears to be stuck in the Royal Mail system... and look fantastic refusing to help me despite ordering over two weeks ago, abd not moving through the Royal Mail system as normal . Have had to order elsewhere and be out of pocket till this can be resolved.”

“I’m surprised at seeing all these bad reviews. I’ve been ordering from look fantastic for years and never had a problem. My most recent order took a little longer to come but it’s well known how the postal service is struggling at the moment during covid and everybody ordering online. I shall continue to order from here”

“Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order one hour after placing it but I was told my order had entered the processing stage and so I could only cancel it by returning the goods once I got them. It’s been two weeks and my goods have not arrived - apparently the delivery company were not given my full address so could not deliver my parcel. I had entered my full address when placing the order. Absolutely terrible that Lookfantastic would not give the delivery company my address. I asked what the cost of returning the items would be and they could not give me an answer. Seems like I will just have to accept the goods ( if I get them) otherwise I risk the possibility that even if I return the goods I may never get a refund givin the terrible customer service this company has. Avoid at all costs. Competitors offering equally good prices and better service. I will not be using this website again.”

“After having not recieved my order and seeing all these reviews, am convinced that this company is a scam. My story is no different than what has already been said. Placed order on Nov 26th. They said it would be delivered between dec 4-8. Still waiting. Have contacted them with no response. Tracking info shows no movement! I wish I had read all these reviews prior to placing my order. I fear I may never receive anything now!”

“awful, ordered 2 products and they sent 2 complete wrong products, they don’t answer messages or anything, i’ve been on live chat waiting patiently as they say for 24 hours, no phone number to call, just use another website as if they can send 2 wrong products and just ignore customers then they simply don’t care”

“Absolutely awful experience, my delivery still hasn’t arrived and I ordered 15 days ago. Customer service emails are all auto generated and don’t actually tell you what’s going on. Will not be ordering with them again.”
