“I would give 0 stars if that was an option .. I have been waiting for my parcel a month now. When trying to contact with look fantastic they don't seem interested to help they all just tell me to wait longer but this parcel is just not arriving. Very bad service and do not care about their customers.”

“waiting on a 12 day advent calendar ordered on 2 December and its the 11 and still it hasn't been posted out and still no reply. AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!!!”

“Would offer no stars if I could. TrustPilot reviews indicate this company is great but if you look through you see all the reviews are negative and positive ones are always ‘invited’ reviews; I find this very suspicious and wished I had researched better before ordering. I have waited over 2+ weeks for a delivery, (no other companies are having problems because of Christmas and Covid on the scale that LOOKFANTASTIC seem to have). Customer service is non existent with mostly automated replies. The live chat feature never works - any day/time i have tried so far, ‘people’ have been unavailable. Avoid at all costs unless you’re happy waiting 3-4 weeks for an order.”

“I know that we are living in a difficult time now, but I've already received all of my orders from other shops. While the order I placed with lookfantastic hasn't even been dispatched yet. I placed it more than 10 days ago, I paid for it fully. I can't event express how disappointed I am with such kind of service. I strongly recommend NOT to buy from them.”

“I have ordered sunblock from the website. It was showing that the sunblock will be delivered within 2 working when I ordered. 10 days have passed and still nothing is delivered. It is really bad to mislead customers into buying from the website and not to deliver. I am extremely upset as I got need to on travel to a sunny location and I need to use this sunblock and I still don't have it. I got melanoma and the dishonest and untruthful updates and behaviour created anxiety and makes me desperate to find alternatives now as it is clearly I will won't receive the order from you after more than two weeks from ordering.”

“I had an inordinate amount of time to wait for my order to be dispatched, I was told it would be delivered yesterday, still no sign of it, look fantastic customer service very difficult to get a response from, also I feel I’m being discriminated against as no next day delivery to N.Ireland.”

“From Malaysia, ordered via lookfantastic sg. Took a month to receive the goods. Just to give u hope that it arrives only that it takes a very long time! Was a bit worried that I won’t be receiving anything and thought it was a scam initially.”

“Ordered from UK, said the order will arrive within max 4/5 days and still hasn't got it. Send an email about it and no response or whatsoever. DO NOT RECOMMEND, AVOID IF POSSIBLE IT'S A SCAM!!”

“I ordered from India. Despite I’ve seen reviews like they never deliver i went ahead and ordered. They never seliver in india and they do not provide customer service in india. There is no way you can contact them if you’re using india website.”

“I placed an order over £100 on 23rd November, received a message to say items dispatched. I then received another message saying there is a slight delay and on the 'track my order" (which I believe to be fake now) on 25th, then everyday till today 8th Dec . Sent numerous messages to customer care, told to wait 24, 48, 72, 5-6 days, then told they were investigating my claim. Still not heard back, last message to me said that sorry it says delivered and closed the contact. It doesn't say that on track order and still no order Will never use again and will be tweeting about avoid this company!”

“Good offers, but costumer service very bad, you can’t returns your goods uncles you contact them first and wait 3 days to reply, although they said 24hrs, then you have to print labels and send it, and pay for return, and if they didn’t it’s not there problem!!!!”

“Absolutely shocking service - order is no where to be seen and can't even track it's status. Every time I contacted customer service I was given ambiguous responses with no real answer. I was promised £5 credit to my account for compensation which never appeared and when I enquired I was just blatantly ignored. Waste of money on luxury products.”

“Appalling business Paid for my order 4 weeks ago. Items will not be delivered as Royal Mail expect me to pay £24 for delivery which Lookfantastic told me was free They will not provide a refund unless I pay the Mail charges - tactics tantamount to blackmail Repeated messages produce little or no response Now left with no alternative but to issue court proceedings to get my money back Please please please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE”

“This is the worst company, I ordered something and I want to return it and there is Absolutely no way to do that. They make it impossible, the customer service link always says Unavailable and you need a code to return. There is no return address otherwise I would just send it back. And on top of that it is a 14 day return policy but they are unavailable so impossible to do in 14 days. Terrible horrible company I would Never order from them again.”

“Ordered my items 9 days ago, received an email to say the items had been dispatched 5 days after purchasing, then received a further email to advise they are having to ship my order from an alternate warehouse, 2 days after the original email advising the items had been shipped. No further updates have been provided and item still has not been shipped.”

“THEY ARE SCAMMER! THEY SELECTIVELY SHIPPED SOME ORDERS HERE AND THERE WITH FAULTY GOODS AND GAVE YOU FAKE TRACKING WEBSITE (PART OF THEIR ORGANISATION) LONG LIST OF CUSTOMER SERVICES NAME WHICH ARE ALL MADE UP! THEY SURVIVE THIS GAME BECAUSE THERE ARE STILL SO SO MANY PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS AND KEEP GIVING MONEY TO THEM EVERYDAY. THEY REPLY WITH AUTOMATED REPLIED EVERY TWO DAYS AND THEY KNOW WE WILL GIVE UP EVENTUALLY AND THE MONEY ALREADY IN THEIR FAT BANK ACCOUNT SOUNDLY AND KEEP GETTING MORE EVERYDAY FROM PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHEN I MADE MY ORDER.”
