“I was very scared after reading some reviews but my stuff arrived after 6 days after I ordered and I am very happy everything is in perfect condition. I am going to buy again.”

“I buy an awful lot from them, and it's annoying that I have to write this review because before now I would have been very happy with them. I pre-ordered an Advent Calendar in September and was assured numerous times it would be delivered in November and now its December 2nd and there is still no sign of it. I raised a case with them in November and they closed it even though the issue wasn't resolved and I had to open another one yesterday. It is clear I am not going to get the calander but they have charged me for it and won't admit I am not going to get it. It's just very annoying to have to chase a company like this for answers. I hope I will be able to get a refund but even if I do the whole process has been pathetic and infuriating on their part.”

“3 months later still waiting on my advent calendar order. Was given the wrong shipping details numerous times, said it would arrive next week, then again the week after. Terrible retailer. Avoid avoid avoid”

“IT’S A SCAM! My order never arrived…. That is the most UNPROFESSIONAL site I ever used. I ordered 4 products at Look Fantastic and as my purchase was over $100, I received a beauty bag gift. However, they sent the beauty bag but not the product I paid for. The order status says “DELIVERED” so I contacted them to get the product or the money back. I sent 3 emails with no success and no response. WHAT A JOKE! AVOID IN ANY CASES.”

“Poor customer service. Refused to cancel the order the order few hours after placed the order. "Unfortunately as your package is now in the dispatch prep stage it will not be possible for us to cancel the order" It's just ridiculous why they can't stop the order when is still in preparation stage.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB. YOU CANNOT CANCEL IT AFTER YOU PLACED. I ordered one product on Nov. 27, 2020. But I found a cheaper price in Walmart so I tried to cancel this one but failed, it always showed "Unable to cancel order, there are no cancellable products" I thought maybe it's successful for cancellation but don't receive any confirmation mail at all. So I contacted customer service (really hard to reach out) and she told me my order cannot cancel because it's gonna dispatch shortly! Seriously? In one day you can dispatch the order? If so, why the website shows my product estimated dispatch day is on Nov. 30, 2020? The workers need to prepare 3 days in dispatched process? And the customer service called it "shortly", maybe the UK's time is faster than the US?”

“Do not order from this site I paid for 1-3 working days delivery and after 16 DAYS my stuff worth £65+ is still not with me ! I have been in contact with look fantastics Customer Service team and it just GETS WORSE! Not one person can give me an honest reason why my order isn’t with me instead they make excuses and tell me to wait longer - this is every time I speak to them. I have also asked for there customer service contact number 3 times so I can speak to someone over the telephone I have not been provided with this either I have been ignored and forgotten the lack of care shows ! I work in customer service myself and if I was to leave a open investigation this long and leave the customer hanging with no answers like look fanastic have done to me I would be out of a job !”

“It said on the website my order had been delivered which it hadn’t, difficult to contact them then very slow response and delivery. Took over 3 weeks to receive original order. Not worth the savings won’t use again”

“Ordered a set of Benefit eyebrow superstar products on 20% discount for £42. As this was a good price I placed my order on 4th November with LookFantastic. Recieved wrong shade in post and was told to contact Royal Mail to arrange pickup myself, which I had to pay for, and LookFantastic now have my returned item (14th November Royal Mail returned it to them) and they still have my money. Live chat super slow and uninformative, as they keep asking me to confirm things I've already explained! Not impressed. Where's my item exchange or money back?!”

“Ordered advent calendar Sept 22. Received many emails over next 60 days apologizing for delay but promising delivery before Dec 1. After inquiring 2 days ago, an email arrives suggesting my order will not likely be dispatched. No explanation. No alternative product offered. So much for advance planning. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY”
