“What a truly awful customer service they have. I contacted them again to chase up refund. Totally got fobbed off that I had to contact clear Pay. Not messing around anymore. It’s not about the refund anymore it’s about principal. Going to take legal action now I have photo graphs of all their messages that were replied back to me and not one of them matches anything that the other customer Advisor had said. . It’s just not fair we’re are in a middle of the 2nd Pandemic of Covid 19. And their is some people with little money or lost their jobs and Businesses and quite frankly Lookfantastic couldn’t care less about their customers. Let’s hope some legal action may now help all the other people on here who have no refunds or Good Customer Services.”

“Customer Service is so very poor. I paid for an order. Something was out of Stock so I got through to someone via message after messaging a robot over & over again . Was promised a refund back into my account 5 weeks later still waiting and trying to contact them. Lesson learnt will not be placing any further orders.”

“Have been waiting 5 weeks for a decent excuse as to why LOOK FANTASTIC keep saying they have not received my faulty straighteners even when I have sent them signed delivery receipt ! Customer service is a joke keep repeating the same answer (it’s not showing as received in our warehouse )!!”

“For several weeks now I have been trying to obtain a returns label for a faulty order (one item was a powder which smashed and leaked all over the other one) Not only have they not apologised, they’re actually WITHHOLDING my right to return until I can supply them with a “clearer image”. At first I was willing to help and sent them pictures, but after getting the same message for weeks it’s clear they’re being deliberately obstructive. What about older people who don’t own a smartphone and order from desktops? Are you going to penalise them too? LookFantastic - My order number is 247204994. Enough messing me around, if I don’t receive your return address by the end of the week I’m going to my bank to reclaim the funds.”

“his company have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I returned an item at my own expense on 22nd October which was tracked and signed for. After 4 emails enquiring about my refund I have received numerous excuses ranging from warehouse will get in touch once they locate parcel to customer service will respond. I was told on 28th October after basically begging for my refund of £100.59 that it has been processed (3 to 5 working days)! I am still waiting for this refund so do yourself a favour by reading down these reviews and you will notice they only respond to positive reviews if you think I'm just on a rant. Stay well clear of this company if you might want to return anything ,(heaven forbid!!) UPDATE Another four emails and still no money ( Now passed onto Finance Dept!!) 26 days now waiting!! What a joke from a supposed Large company.”

“Absolutely devastated!!! I ordered an advent calendar for my mother on 4th Nov and was assured it would be delivered in 2-3 working days. Over 2 weeks later this has not happened. After getting in touch with lookfantastic they reassured me my order would be delivered my December. On 17th Nov my order was cancelled by lookfantastic as they have non in stock! Have never, and will never be ordering from them again!!”

“Just received my nuface trinity today. I bought it without realizing that it was delivered from outside of US so I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. It was shipped with DHL international without any problems. I was kept updated with any change during the delivery process and actually was happy to find it on my porch today after coming back from work. I also got a good price with their discount and payment plan.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE- just read there twitter, it is FULL of complaints. Worst company to deal with. Sent mystery box worth £60 turns out it is testers, tester shampoo and conditioner 10ml and takes ages to get replies as no direct line to call, after finally admitting that the mystery box should be worth £60 as advertised. They are trying to tell me these testers are worth £60, worth no more than £1! Now refusing to help me! Also 2 candles came damaged.”

“I have ordered from look fantastic twice. The first time products were missing or broken when they arrived (a body oil had spilt through the entire box). The second order NEVER ARRIVED. I emailed customer service, who told me to wait for 1 month more due to covid. 3 months, and several emails later NOTHING has arrived and customer service are not responding to me. THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.”

“Never have I ever come across worse service than the one I received from Lookfantastic. If I could give a 0 I would. I purchased lots of products but only 50% of the items arrived. I reported the issue and following some emails back and forth I was eventually told on 3rd November that the missing items had been resent (a complete lie). On 10th November the items had still not arrived. When contacting Lookfantastic they asked me to go through the whole claim process again (seriously!) A few days later I was ensured that the missing items had been processed and were on their way. Then on 14th November I received another email advising me that the order was now delayed. No explanation and nothing mentioned about when the missing items will actually arrive. I have had no apology or explanation why £60 worth of items haven't been shipped. Rest assured that I will never order from Lookfantastic again.”

“DO not Buy from this website as they don't send you everything and their promotions is FAKE don't buy into their SCAMS, they will not send you everything. I ordered La Roche Creams that were suppose to be worth £36 but thought I was saving because of the offer 3 for 2 Instead they didn't bother sending me the Third one, as its considered free which ended up costing me more for 2 creams.”

“Was meant to get my 5th monthly Beauty Box this month, and the money was taken out of my account via PayPal by them on the 1st as usual. I messaged them as they hadn't sent my box well after the normal date, and at first they said it would be with me very soon, then days later said they're awaiting payment. I sent them a screenshot of the PayPal transaction and they read the messages and didn't reply, ignoring me. They are also ignoring my comments on their photos. I've seen many negative comments on every one of their photos and I guess I was just hoping it wouldn't happen to me. They must believe they can get away with it, that they have enough happy customers to stay in business that they can screw over a certain amount. I really hope they go bust so they can't hurt anyone again. I used to rave about them on my social media, now I'll be deleting those reviews and replacing them with the updated truth. Very sad as I looked forward to getting a lovely box each month. Hurts to be stolen from and treated like garbage, and seeing them reply to everyone else while ignoring you. Just rude and not uncommon unfortunately.”
