Bad bad bad! After couple of emails I asked for my money to be returned because my flight was canceled due the situation of coronavirus. Obviously they refused to refund the parking charge. Very disappointed and is the first time when I have this situation with a car park company. I hope you guys get a bit more rich with my money! Disgusting company!

Poor customer service. Did have a non flexible ticket booked for the NCP at Birmingham airport but NCP are allowing you to change the booking due to current situation but L4P are not!

As already said before by many, L4P are still taking a £9.50 cancellation fee from everyone effected by cancelling even tho car park we’re using isn’t even open! Absolutely disgusting making money from people’s misfortune. DO NOT USE!

Never book with this company, I had parking booked at Glasgow airport for the 4th May and with all that’s going on in the world today my flight got cancelled, imagine my shock and surprise to find out that parking 4 you would charge me £11.45 to cancel my booking, what a way to run a company, got an email from them saying that they have to do this to protect there company at this time !!!!! Eh NO, you have to look after your customers at this time, or you won’t have any customers to look after, I travel 5/6 times a year and use this company, I have now cancelled all bookings with this company for future travel and will never use them again ... EVER .

Will not use this company refused to give full refund and charged £9.50 cancellation even though flight cancelled due to Covid19. Absolute scum anybody considering using these guys for parking give them a wide berth. No customer interest only interested in taking your money.

Looking4Parking are only interested in making money out of the Cronavirus situation! My flight was cancelled after Morocco closed all airports so I had no alternative but to cancel airport parking. I was going to cancel online but it showed I would have to pay a £9.50 cancellation fee. I therefore decided to phone as I was sure cancellation fees would be waived in these exceptional circumstances. After hours of nobody answering, I decided to email. When I did get an email back it said a refund for cancellation fee was refused! Also they keep your booking fee. I guess I was lucky to get some of my money back. I won't be using this company again, especially after reading that people have had items stolen from their vehicles and the disgusting service people have received. This company should be shut down. I hope they go down the pan. They have no compassion for anybody during this heartbreaking time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking company and obviously no customer services as nobody answers the phone or replies to e-mails have been informed thro website that the 4 bookings I made with them this year do not qualify for a refund ( over £250 ) REST ASSURED I will never use this company again and I suggest anyone reading this review to boycott them as well M Caven

My flight has cancel for COVID-19 it was not my decision to cancel my parking i ask for refund or at list for voucher i can use it the next time i do make reservation for parking ,and yes i do flight over 4-6 times per year and they didnt give me anything ,thats the answer i received from them ,(The car park's terms and conditions that you agreed to at the time of booking state that these services cannot be amended or cancelled and we are therefore unable to issue a refund on this occasion)like was my fault i can not flight the days i make the reservation !!!!!!!

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Absolutely appalling that this company can still run. THIS IS A SCAM - THEY HAVE STOLEN OUR CAR. Not only did they steal the car, they rang multiple times with threats and bribery whilst laughing down the phone. Appalling.

I have had to cancel airport parking as flight not longer going due to Covid-19. I have emailed several times and tried calling but always cut off. I would like a refund!! Will never use or recommend this company again.

As with all the other bad reviews I will not be using them again. No option of a refund or amendment during these difficult times with the coronavirus. Through no fault of my own I feel as though I have been robbed.

Used them many times before but disappointed at their current stance. I offered to leave my monies with until my next booking as my flight was cancelled but they made me cancel and pocketed £11 of mine in the process. Surely in business terms they would have been better giving credit vouchers and keeping money in the pot but opted for a quick few thousand £11 pounders.

I have tried calling no answer and also on your website i did mange to cancel my parking for 2 weeks 72 hrs before I was due to travel as the government said no unnecessary travel You have now said you will not refund the parking money day light robbery in my opinion you should refund everyone people will have long memories and will not use you No refund

Used them for meet and greet at Birmingham Airport on 9th March. We were emergency repatriated from Spain due to corona virus early and contacted them to let them know straight away as we were traveling home the next day and they said it was not a problem. Followed instructions when back in Birmingham Airport and went to pick up point to find that our car had been stolen. They even, using the very mobile phone number that is given to contact them, phoned me on 4 occasions to take the wet. All info passed on to Police. Do not use

Had to cancel due to Coronavirus situation and they have deducted £9.50 CANCELLATION fee. An absolute disgrace. Should have they’re knuckles wrapped.

we 'were' going to fly from Luton to Krakow out on 29 March and back on 6 April. went through Looking4Parking - they were not the cheapest, upper middle range. Paid £47.84 (not cheap) because of health concerns - wife had recently suffered Sepsis and with this Covid19 thought best. cancelled our flight. Have been reimbursed for hotels in Krakow, Wrocklaw. BUT seems I did not read 'THE SMALL PRINT' it's after sat nav, From M1 and additional info 7th line down small print "this booking cannot be cancelled.... Bloody rip off. £47

Dont use them AT ANY COST , My personal belongings been stolen from my car ,while i have parked at Luton looking4parking ,i wrote them complain letter ,and they dont respond ,i think they are selling your stolen goods afther thats why their prices are so cheap

Absolutely terrible...They were not there to collect my car, waited 10 minutes, and a guy turned up in jeans and Jacket. No uniform or ID, just a piece of paper with my name on and car details! On returning to T5 Heathrow called them, as per their instructions, 15 mins before but ended up waiting 1 hour for the car to be returned! Struggled to contact them, just a nightmare. Just another guy in jeans and jacket returning the car (no uniform) gave me the keys (no apology, he didn’t care) and left quickly. On getting in the car I instantly knew that something wasn’t right (although managed to get home) took to the garage the following day and the spring and ball joint were smashed to pieces costing me £150.00! DONT NOT USE THEM THEY ARE COWBOYS.

Had the worst experience of my life could not believe being being subjected to racial abuse for booking for a service with my money and being denied the service at Heathrow T4 when I arrived to drop of my car I was asked to pay an extra £15 I cash when I asked why I was hurled racial language and they refused to take my car ; had it not have been to the helpful staff at Heathrow T4 I would have missed my flight and they even said I was one of many suffering the same. I recommend never to use them.
