We should have read the reviews because this company is bad. Please avoid 1. They are not punctual - even though they said call 30mins before arriving at the airport, the person picking up the car was still 60 mins late. 2. Rude customer service - after repeated phone calls asking how long the drive was going to be to take our car, their customer service person cut us off and blocked our calls. 3. Damage Car - upon receiving the car, we notice the car was very dirty. Had been driven as a quarter of petrol was gone. The bumper was covered in scratches, someone else’s Bluetooth was synced in the car. If anyone is has been wronged by this company, report them to the police like I have.

Please do not use, nearly missed my flight, the booking agent does not respond to calls/emails. It is a scam. Reporting to trading services and also to the government.

Worst experience ever which reduced our family to tears before our holiday. Driver was rude and demanded more money to take our car. Claimed he needed cash to get out of carpark. Starting at £40 he then reduced to £20. He even threw our keys on the floor once we refused to pay. Tried calling the office and they didn’t answer! Ironically the email confirmation even tells you not to pay the driver direct. Avoid at all costs.

I would say AVOID this car park as we had really bad experience.Our car been parked for a week in this car park after we get the keys we notice that car been driven and doors been left open for a time as snail been found inside also some expensive goods been missing such as perfume and change.Staff been very much rude and I would say aggressive.So AVOID this car park

OMG AVOID AVOID AVOID Imagine after a 6 hour flight you get to the meet and greet Car Park and wait 2 hours for your car. The number is either ignored, or your fed load of lies - The most stressful experience ever THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST & ACTUALLY RUINED OUR HOLIDAY We'd like our money back please, that's the least you can do!!

Travelling at the moment is stressful enough as it is. Please DON’T book with this company. We were due to be at the airport at 6am and we’re asked to call 30 mins before. Called dozens of times and no one picked up. The other line was out of service. Warning bells! At Heathrow there was no representative and at 6.15 we were about to go and park in the long stay when a chap ambled up. He have me another number to call on our return. I immediately called that number and got through to ‘someone’ who sounded half asleep, couldn’t speak English properly and didn’t understand me! Eventually he explained that as it was so early the person who answers the phone was sleeping!!!! Anyway you get the drift. They may have been cheap but the stress was too much and really not worth it.

Notre "service sur place" a été perturbé en raison d'un représentant vindicatif qui s'est mis en quatre pour annuler notre réservation, puis a envoyé un e-mail au siège social pour ne pas nous rembourser juste après avoir contacté le voiturier pour ne pas nous rencontrer. C'était un simple problème de communication qui aurait pu être résolu immédiatement (ce qui n'était pas le cas) ou plus tard grâce à un remboursement par l'entreprise (après une enquête absurde de dix jours, ce n'était pas non plus.) Nous avons fait pas moins de "4" téléphones infructueux appels alors que nous attendions impuissants au point de ramassage à notre représentant vindicatif plaidant notre cause sans aucune chance. Notre nouvelle recherche "4" parking a abouti à un séjour de longue durée dans un parking de courte durée. Avec les frais désormais non remboursés, ces pirates de stationnement ont pris notre argent pour un service qu'ils n'ont pas fourni. Sans un vol retardé, cela aurait complètement annulé nos vacances. Cette entreprise est une blague et si quelque chose tourne mal, vous serez seul, en train de conduire à la recherche d'un parking "4", comme nous, et de sprinter vers votre vol retardé, espérons-le, sans aucun recours. Si vous vous souciez de prendre un avion qui partira avec ou sans vous, vous ne devriez jamais utiliser cette soi-disant commodité.

Booked a meeting and greet from Bristol Airport they sent the confirmation with the wrong contact number so I had to book alternative parking. When I complained they said they would be give me a refund less £20 admin charge

I made a booking online Through this company to park my car For 7 days from the 16/08/2021till the 24/08/2021. I Was to park my car MGS Stansted-Park n Ride. To my surprise there was no one there plus this parking was closed due to the over bookings. I paid In advance and I was let down living me with little time to solve parking for my car before my flight. I paid paying almost double as I had to leave my car in short stay £60 a day. I called the number on the booking and phone was switched off. Terrible service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - booked parking and paid for cancellation insurance. After reading terrible reviews cancelled booking same day as most concerned about the company and nearly 2 weeks on still no refund nor any response from emails or calls….now having to deal with credit card company for refund.

An actual scam. Set off for Bristol Airport this morning, rang the number as requested, no answer for multiple times and eventually when he did he had no knowledge of the company. Tried calling the company, no answer despite trying numerous times. Stressful start to the holiday and now costing hundreds in last minute parking charges. AVOID

They said that they will come to pick me up from Airport, when I called them, they said that they have no drivers so we have to take taxi and they will pay for it. When we went there, nobody was there! Don't recommend!

If I could give minus star I would Arrived at the site ,very badly signposted, 2 guys took us to Stansted in a car, no masks worn . On our return we rang them , left message walked to blue area as instructed, rang again was told to go back to airport as they only had one car and were very busy, they would ring us. No call and several calls from us later they said they would meet us in our car . We had been waiting for 1 1/2 hours and had travelled for 12 hours . Went to area C but no car ,more calls and he was parked over road. Could hardly speak English but mumbled sorry,walked off ,we had to pay £7 to exit airport! We could have booked parking at airport for same money!

Be aware. They cancelled my booking as their partner car park closed. So instead of providing with an alternative parking for me they canceled and now price is 3 times higher as I booked in advance to have a better price. So be warned

How can you not be entitled to a refund when it isn't your fault your holiday has been cancelled?? Absolutely crazy will not being using this company again. I understand I booked super saver, however its out of my hands that its been cancelled!

Don't book with them, my flight was cancelled, I tried to cancel my park booking, was refused, tried to change the dates and was refused as well. At least with the pandemic situation should exist more flexibility.

Think twice before using Looking4Parking,they offer no help or support when your holiday gets cancelled due to covid, they will keep your money and offer no refund or help. before ruining your holiday think is it really worth it for a few ££ saved. Look else where and don't book with Looking4Parking
