Also, on the way back my flight was delayed for hour and a half, and I was worried that I will incur extra charges, as I booked car collection for an earlier time, no issue at all, called them when I passed passport control and they advised the car will be ready to collect in 10 minutes. Someone else left an awful review which was through no fault of the driver or company as the customer arrived at the parking less than an hour before his flight! He was rude to our driver and is trying to claim money back for a flight he missed which was actually his fault! These guys should get the recognition they deserve!”

“This is the 9th time in less than 3 years that we have used Looking4Parking Valet Meet and Greet Services at Birmingham Airport, and once again 5 stars all round from the fabulous customer service, always helpful, polite and well presented no matter what the time of day/ night of the year and always greeted with smiles, regardless of the British Weather and more importantly our vehicle returned promptly after landing and perfectly on every occasion. On our last 2 trips due to unforeseen circumstances, down to our unintended overstay overseas they also offered us very reasonable additional daily rate costings on our overstay as we notified them at our very earliest convenience, and the pick up service was still great. Another added bonus is your car is always warm, and drip and frost free for those late night returns, or UK winter climate return homeward bound journeys, always a bonus. “I feel I need to write a review after reading all these bad comments. We used Looking 4 parking on the 18th March at 5am, we were taken to terminal 4 by a very friendly chap who dropped us off and told us to phone on returning when we had collected our luggage. This we did and we were collected by the same chap within 15 to 20 minutes of the phone call. The service was great!”
“We booked Looking4parking at Luton. On our outward journey, a minibus was waiting to take us and the handful of other passengers to the terminal so there was absolutely no delay and the transfer is short. It was perfect. We returned at 23.30 to a very cold UK evening. I rang the company and the minibus was there as promised within 10 minutes. The driver was friendly and helpful and told us they had put on extra minibuses at this time because young families were coming back from holidays and they didn't want anyone standing out in the cold. We were impressed. At the car park, our car had had a flat battery so they got it going and checked that we were ok for the drive home, offering to let us drive back to the car park if there were any problems. They could not have been more helpful. 11/10 stars from us.”

“I was a little worried about using L4P because I had read some less than complimentary reviews. The reality, however, was amazing. We found the drop off area very easily, completed the paperwork and were taken in a spotlessly clean minibus to the airport, all within 20 minutes. The pick up procedure on our return was flawless and efficient and again we were back at our cars within 5 minutes of leaving the airport. The drivers (both ways) were very friendly and chatty and the £2 return transfer charge was worth every penny. I would highly recommend L4P to anyone using Stansted.”
“We have just come back from a cruise from Southampton and used this company to park our car. We had great service I parked the vehicle and it was in the same place on my return, we were greeted professionally we jumped aboard a very comfortable minibus which took us to the port ( about a 20 minute ride) on our return we texted as agreed there was a coach waiting which took us back to our car. all in a great service and worth the money, and it was good to let somebody else get us in and out of the port.”
“I booked parking at Glasgow airport for a week, when I arrived shypark said they had two bookings for me and that I should check my bank when I got home. I discovered that Holiday extras and looking4 had both taken a payment despite the fact that I only made one reservation, neither of these companies were prepared to refund me. I won’t be using them again and would urge others to do the same”
“Do not use this company, booked and was now ready for airport in a few days time. only to discover when we arrived at chosen carpark they said we weren't booked in.bearing in mind you have limited time prior to flight this left us to find alternative parking .First 2 parking full and this left us no chose to go into a carpark at airport that cost 176 pounds. A massive bill to us . As it turned out the same day we bookined through looking4parking they cancelled the same day. What is the point of ghis greedy company they don't care about your airport situation just there money. No way to treat customers.
Will never use again and I would urge other to only book directly with carpark.”

Drop off,pick up and transfer was smooth and easy, however when we got back to hotel to pick car up after delay, the car wasn't waiting for us, the guy just pointed an said oh it's round there somewhere!
The car was parked on a fielded area behind the hotel, the are had no lighting and the car was parked badly, took ages to get out without hitting other cars!
Won't be using them again!”
